Previously I seek opinion from few workshop and they told me to replace gearbox that cost several thousands. * Went for road force balancing, one of the only 2 workshops that has this machine. Superb service from Ah Ken, been to countless workshops and felt he really did his best for me without cutting corners. 有心. Very grateful, tedious job that took 2hrs to troubleshoot alongside with me, it wasn't easy. Manager Henry is friendly, responsive and welcoming too. Kudos to this workshop!

13/03/2020 Sent my Cla 200 for servicing and on16th July at 1030hrs. Henry Lim is a (workshop manager) approached me with a smile and told me that my car require a full servicing due to 80k mileage and will require whole day. I mentioned I am fine as I will not rush them for the job. Later Henry called me at 1300 after assessing the car and told me a few things to change and with the prices too. I was glad that he took the effort to highlight to me. I know I am assured of a showroom car. Prices for servicing was reasonable too..

24/11/2018 Came here today to change one rear tyre, recommended by Tyrepac. I left the place, very very very impressed by their level of attention and service professionalism. Let me elaborate. First, the mechanic actually took the time to measure the existing air pressure of the other 3 good tyres before he replaced the bad tyre. How many workshops do that? Next, rather than raise up my the car manually using low profile manual floor jacks and raise only on one side of my car that the other workshop people normally do, their mechanic first placed one jack pad each at ALL 4 jacking points of my car before he engaged the lift ramps to raise my car. The even and gentle raising of my car as opposed to the "quick and dirty" lopsided tilt contributed by manual floor jacks done used in all other tyre workshops I'd been to, gave me a warm fuzzy feeling that these guys do want to take good care of your car. I mean, how many workshops will bother to do that for you, for changing only tyrea, let alone one? That's not all. After the mechanic had put back the 5 lug nuts and tightened them using an air impact gun, a different mechanic tool over, used a torque wrench and went over all 5 lug nuts again to confirm that the nuts were indeed given a go over and correctly tightened. Wow! After any tyre change, you know, the one thing which I think all motorists are quietly in fear of, is for a tyre to dislodge/fly off while in motion simply because some mechanic forgot to tighten some nuts. The fact that these folks bothered to perform this check and balance made me feel safe and assured. Again, how many workshops actually bother to do this? I am blown away by this first visit. If they can do some meticulous good work just for a tyre change, it's good enough for me to trust them with my car for other stuffs. Please keep up the good work. I will be using your services more and I will be recommending your workshop to my family and friends. Thank you for the very pleasant experience.
