### **Key Responsibilities:**
*   Overall management of the centres assigned. The scope of work includes HR management, finance, audit, regulatory compliance and public relations.

*   Initiate positive engagement with parents, Advisor/Branch management and community to project a professional image for PCF and elicit support for the programmes to benefit the children in PCF.

*   Qualification: Minimum Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent

### Early Intervention Educator, Inclusive Education
### Key Responsibilities
**1\. Plan and implement curriculum**
*   Co-prepare curriculum plans in time for the group and communicate these plans to the teaching team.
*   Plan, prepare and implement activities and lessons which are age appropriate, according to the level, skill and social development of the group of children served.

### Centre Manager for Senior Care Centre
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
*   Maintain a high level of customer service and client/caregiver engagement.

* Conduct student assessment and therapy planning
* Conduct psycho-educational assessments for diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions, school placement, and / or to inform therapy
* Formulate client-centred and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) goals in collaboration with students and relevant stakeholders
* Select appropriate and specific outcome measures to enable evaluation of therapy progress and outcomes
* Provide therapy recommendations based on evaluation of student’s needs

* Provide clinical guide and intervention
* Adhering to clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Job Holder Requirements

  • Recognised Master in Psychology in established institutions

* Chart the centre’s direction and work towards achieving its short- and long-term goals aligned with its strategic thrusts.
* Clarify PCF’s mission and values to all staff.
* Set goals of the Centre to garner support from its main stakeholders for achieving the goals set.
* Participate in networking, sharing and collaboration among the centre schools within the cluster to raise the centre’s performance level.
* Work with Admin & Accounts Team on the day-to-day centres’ operations including finance, human resource policies and practices and optimise the use of cluster financial resources to build a strong preschool programme.
* Conduct learning needs analysis for professional development and recommends personnel with potential for career development.
* Enhance the image of the centre anchored upon its quality educational programmes, organisational excellence and the professionalism of the teaching staff.
* Supervise centre teachers and harness their support to ensure the delivery of a meaningful, engaging, child-centred and sound curriculum in line with the principles spelt out in the ECDA ECE Framework.
* Ensure that learning is supported by a conducive and safe environment where children can explore, experiment, question, acquire knowledge and skills and create new knowledge.
* Take on the role of instructional leader in monitoring children’s achievement and development and using data-based trends to assess curriculum areas for improvement and growth.
* Lead, guide, coach and inspire the staff to contribute their creativity, professional expertise, talents and skills towards delivering a curriculum that meets children’s needs.
* Responsible for day-to-day HR activities – Recruitment, Orientation, Performance Appraisal, Learning Needs Analysis and Exit Interviews – for Senior Teachers, Teachers and Admin & Accounts staff. Refer to the Responsibility Matrix for detailed responsibilities towards these positions.
* Create a safe learning environment and to provide the best possible care to children under their charge.
* To perform projects allocated by the Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits with grade B4 in EL1 and
  • Diploma in Pre-school Education – Teaching (DPE-T) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T), or equivalent recognised by ECDA and
  • Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L), or  equivalent recognised by ECDA and/or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood
  • Min. 2 years experience in a preschool setting

Job Description

The Senior Nurse in a Senior Care Centre shall also undertake the secondary appointment as a Care Programme Associate.
* Take charge of the entire clinical nursing practice in a Senior Care Centre
* Take charge of nursing care for elderly clients; including fall risks and hospitalisation processes.
* Take charge of medical procedures in an outbreak of infectious diseases.
* Conduct client assessments during admissions and periodic reviews.
* Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
* Oversee adequacy of medical supplies and equipment.

Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Nursing – Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or eldercare setting
  • Possess a passionate disposition to care for frail seniors
