Booked an appointment online, and the overall experience at the salon was smooth and pleasant. My hairstylist was Terence, he speaks Mandarin, and someone at the salon kindly helped to translate during the consultation. I originally wanted a copper shade, but since I have naturally dark hair and couldn't commit to the additional cost of toning, I understood that it wouldn’t turn out as light. We settled on a red dye that shows up as a soft reddish brown instead. It was a practical compromise, and I’m still happy with how it turned out. Terence gave me a great haircut with minimal direction from me, as I wasn’t too sure what suited me. He was observant and considerate of my hair texture and condition. Would definitely recommend Terence if you’re visiting the salon 👍

It’s a very pleasant hair salon with a relaxed yet focused vibe. Terrence , my stylist was very attentive, friendly, focused and detailed in his work. He also assured me every step of the way and I didn’t feel nervous at all about my hair. He’s a good stylist!

Visited for a perm and haircut with stylist Jovyn, and it was an overall satisfying experience. He was very professional and attentive to detail during the consultation. The perm process was smooth and pleasant, and the hair wash was especially comfortable. I also like how he styled my hair to suit my usual routine. Definitely recommend this place, give it a try for yourself.

super friendly and welcoming salon! The consultation was very detailed, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of the style I wanted and even recommended something that suited me even better. more importantly, they were incredibly kind and understanding when I was too paiseh to say that my hair colour turned out lighter than expected. even though it was my fault for not speaking up earlier, they arranged for a fix they very next day. really appreciate their patience and excellent service. definitely coming back as a regular :) thanks again!!
