Cherry has a perfect balance of gentleness and firmness in her touch, her massage techniques, from the face to the shoulders, were incredibly relaxing and therapeutic.What truly impressed me was how she managed the extraction process; even the removal of oil clogs, which is usually uncomfortable, was surprisingly bearable under her skilled hands. One of the best SPA. I have been with this spa for many years. Service is good & clean. Therapists are very professional (Ana, Lydia & Mona are great therapists, the rest are good too). Consultant Karen is very mindful when handling customers. Understand customers’ needs & won’t pushed one to buy packages. Overall staff is very nice & respect each customer with care. Glad to know this SPA. 👍☝️

Loved the experience at this spa that is secretly tucked away amidst the hustle and bustle of Orchard - which means that you get serenity during your spa treatment and accessibility to the Orchard stretch right after. Did my facial and full body massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. Therapists were super professional and ensured that I received the right treatment for my body and skin type. Front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly. There was no hard selling at all and sales staff ensured that I only got what I needed. The front desk staff also ensured that the spa experience was good from end to end. Definitely highly recommended.

Had always enjoyed their services here. If it was not for my work & timing that makes it difficult for me to make appointments & come here for the massage services, i would have renewed my package. They have relentlessly kept their efforts in following up & reminding me of my balance of sessions....thru'out the 13 years since i first bought the package. This is really thumbs up for their service. They will also try to sell their products & other services but nothing wrong with this. If u do not like this, u can just politely reject them. All's good. 👍🏼😊 Thank u to the team! 🤗

Receptionists were friendly and courteous. I was served a cup of ginger tea while filling up the information sheet and indicating the target areas for the 90mins full body massage. Was assigned therapist Thai and led into a spacious spa room to change. Therapist Thai was professional and a couple of times asked if the massage pressure was right. Didn’t feel any discomfort thought out the whole duration. Was also served a local dessert (Pulut Hitam) after the completion of the 90mins massage. Overall, it was a comfortable and soothing experience and environment, coupled with friendly staffs from Spa Rael. Truly felt great!

The ginger tea offered before and after the massage was a nice touch. The ginger tea itself is rather spicy. After the massages session, sales staff will try to promote the spa packages but they are not too pushy which is good. However prices for walk in customer is very expensive and the parking charges at the car park is exorbitant. Better to park at nearby car park and walk over.

Went for a full body massage and had an excellent experience. Was offered complimentary water and ginger tea before the session, and a red bean soup afterwards. My masseuse is very attentive and able to tell that I had sore muscles even without being told. She adjusted her technique to speed up recovery. She would also check in periodically to ensure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. The staff were professional and friendly throughout. While there was a sales pitch at the end, there was no hardselling involved. Highly recommended for a relaxing and dedicated service!

My wife got us a 1-hour couple spa for us. Our therapists May and Tina gave us excellent service; May was very motherly and took good care of my wife, while Tina was very professional and meticulous. It was a great experience and we highly recommend it! The staff will speak to you after the spa to sell their packages and declining politely made it bearable.
