July 23, 2025 I found Zest Clinic online and decided to give it a try for skin tag removal. While the front desk staff were professional and caring throughout, my experience with Dr. Reddy was disappointing and frustrating. I paid over $4,000 for the "unlimited" skin tag removal package. On the treatment day, I had to wait over two hours for Dr. Reddy to finish his consultation before starting my session. The numbing cream had been applied and removed more than 30 minutes before he arrived, so by the time the actual procedure began (which lasted less than 30 minutes), the effect had worn off. I had to endure the discomfort and pain throughout the session. Two weeks later, I returned for a follow-up as many skin tags were still left untreated. This time, there was no wait, but the procedure was careless—Dr. Reddy accidentally nicked my neck with the cauteriser, causing me to bleed. He had to cauterise the wound again to stop the bleeding, and the pain was intense. Worst of all, there was no apology or acknowledgment from him—he simply finished and walked off. Although the clinic staff apologised on his behalf, the entire experience felt rushed and transactional. Given the amount I paid, I expected a much higher standard of care. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Zest Clinic based on this experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

* I had recently came in for a procedure and I am very happy with my experience. The staffs were very welcoming, warm & friendly. Dr. Tiffany was patient and attentive, listening to my concerns and explaining the process slowly without medical jargons that I may not understand. Their care & concern felt genuine, always offering a drink whenever I’m waiting and they’ve also followed up to check on my recovery after. Truly appreciate the kind gesture. Highly recommend Zest Clinic!!
July 10, 2025 My experience in Zest Clinic has been overwhelmingly positive. Dr Reddy and his team provide excellent medical services. Dr Reddy in particular is very knowledgeable in matters pertaining to men's health. I highly recommend him to anyone needing medical consultation in that area. Zest Clinic is conveniently located in Parkway Parade, which is next to Marine Parade MRT on TEL. The interior of Zest Clinic is artfully set up. The best part for me is the very minimal waiting time.
