I’ve been using Phillip Securities on and off for nearly 20 years — and honestly, it’s one of the worst trading platforms I’ve ever dealt with. The interface looks and feels like it’s stuck in the early 2000s. Despite all these years, there’s been no meaningful improvement in their UI or UX.Price updates are laggy, portfolio visuals are clunky and outdated, and the overall experience is painfully slow. It’s shocking how a financial platform in 2025 can still feel this broken.If you value speed, clarity, and a modern user experience — avoid Phillip Securities at all costs. There are so many better platforms out there.This sucks

Really bad lift system. Bad is probably an understatementI wonder what Capitaland and OTIS is even doing. The renovation of 1 lift takes forever (6months?), so tenants are always down to 3/4 lifts. The lift system algorithm or whatever it's called is soooooo bad that the queues for the lifts are always super longI really hope Capitaland's management team has eyes open. I'm pretty sure they're either in the dark or are clearly neglecting this issue. This lift issue has been going on for more than 1.5 years. If a vendor can't do a good job, get someone else man
