I visited the Marina Square showroom of Ergoworks and was impressed with both their chairs and sit stand desks. I placed an order for one of the sit stand desks as well as this Truly Perfect Chair V2. The chair was delivered very quickly. They arrived at my home and brought the chair on a box. They proceeded to assemble the chair outside my premises and bring it in fully assembled. I was given a demonstration of all the different levers to make sure everything was working. The chair is very comfortable to sit on and the armrest support is very good for keeping my elbows and wrists level with the height of the table. I look forward to the fulfillment of the sit stand desk order in the future. I have been quite satisfied with the chair so far.

Bought Hinomi which only lasted me 1 Yr before the mesh broke. I asked for a replacement and they gave it to me. It broke the second Yr and they stopped replacing it for me. Went to Ergoworks showroom and tried the chair. The mesh feels stronger and thicker. Salesperson Parry said it's Korean mesh. Well, I'll give it a shot. Good thing is they're happy to offer to give a 3 years extended warranty on the mesh so at least I know I'm covered for that. Delivery was prompt and on time. Assembly was done outside so as to minimise the mess. Delivery man demonstrated the chair and all of its functions. I tested it out and all was OK. He also was kind enough to offer advice to wipe the chair regularly to remove the sweat. That helps to preserve the mesh durability.

I’d like to compliment Parry for providing truly excellent service. He went above and beyond in helping me check the compatibility of my monitor with a monitor arm, ensuring everything would work perfectly and providing suggestion on the desk customisation due to space constraint. For the brand owner to read. The reason I am giving your brand a 5 stars is due to the excellent recovery service from your store staffs, and marketing lead. Your Lazada Store staffs were terrible, below 0 stars if I could give that. Here goes my review: Terrible experience with this Lazcoins redemption item. The service from their Lazada store was terrible. Used more than $80 worth of lazcoins to redeem. When I received the bag, I brought it up with them that the quality of the bag was super bad because the bubble pads were badly deflated to the extent of breaking. I was brushed off with the reply that they indicated in their listing. Following day, after my daughter used it for the first time, she returned with the bubbles on the strap tearing. 2nd day of use resulted in another tear. I was already displeased because I wanted to return the bag and the lousy chat staff called it a gift. I reprimanded the person because the lazcoins was days and days of efforts of accumulation. Decided that I must go to their store in Marina Square to exchange. Disgustingly they wanted me to exchange for same bag that also looked old, sticky and bubbles that looked like tearing again after 1 use. The only consolation is the store staffs Sharizam and Jayson who were very patient to handle my unhappiness and their very lousy Lazada store staffs. Especially Sharizam who after talking with Marketing Lead from office, Darren, replaced another bag for me. To add, Sharizam was really patient abd helpful. He may be a staff that recently joined, but he certainly deserves the compliments with his great attitude.

Very impressed with the after sales service even though I bought the electric adjustable desk from them a few years back. My desk was unable to on to adjust the height. After contacting them online, they reached back to me and arranged a day for their technician to come and take a look. The technician arrived on time and the repair was done promptly. As the parts were still under warranty, there was no extra charges. Overall, I am glad to have purchased it from them as they have customization available, the after sales service was great and they have good warranty period even though there are cheaper alternatives online.

Positive expreience this far from the overall product and solutions. Just received the system - took a bit longer than usual, but when they commit a delivery time line, the stick to it. The Customer Service (CS) team was excellent in keeping client updated on the progress and delivery schedule. Installers did a professional job, efficient, experienced and even debug the problematic motor on site. What is great is that they actually had spares in their van and they managed to get the issue of the motor resolved. I took the package of the Ergoworks DuoRest chair. This chair is definitely one of the best long-hour chairs. I literally wraps you back and spine providing an excellent comfort and feeling of comfort. Highly recommended choice.
