Great Choice, no regrets
At first I was skeptical to book the hotel but I was wrong when I first opened the door to the 2-bedroom apt. It is clean, well oriented, room and furniture well maintain nothing broken, bathroom clean, they used Teka for shower head. Everything you would expect is there. Bathroom is big. Water pressure vr good. Downstairs there 7-E and Pharmacy. Across the street is Kapitan rst famous for claypot bryani. Eye hosp also across the street. Parking is easy for big and small cars as they hv front, back and basement parking spaces. What isit to complain, frankly speaking none. Very happy!

I'm a frequest guest here. Can't remeber how many times I've been here. Somtimes it's business trip, sometimes it's a vacations with my family. But One Pacific never disappoint with their cleanliness and friendly staff. Even the security is friendly and helpful.

Super huge room! And super convenient. Lobby have 7e and pharmacy. I front have health center. So everything checks out good. Location near komtar and all central shopping malls.

Very friendly and attentive staff at reception during check in and checkout. The security guard also was very helpful, helping us with the luggage. The room are very spacious and clean. Overall, it's a good place to stay especially if you plan to visit around in Georgetown as the tourist spots are just a short drive away. I like that the room has makeup mirror and the lighting and aircond is satisfying. There are parking lots provided for hotel guests. There is a pharmacy and 7E just below this building. Recommended place to stay.

Stayed for many times and I'm always satisfied. The reception and the manager are very helpful & friendly. Room is spacious, clean & bright. Cleaner also very friendly and able to assist very fast. Will definitely stay again in near future.

We stayed there for 2 nights. First of all is the clean condition fo the hotel. The house keeping team should get a rise for keeping everything clean and comfortable. Dispite it's only 3 star hotel but the condition is better than the other fancy 5 star hotel. From the moment we stopped at the front door to make our booking, every staff (front counter, security guard, house keeping..) were very polite and friendly. We can seems to see a smile behind the mask. Overall it is a great experience for us and we are looking forward to visit it again.
