The layers symbolise the dynamic team of BreadTalk® Group, with its distinct and innovative lifestyle brands, headquartered in the community-based BreadTalk Corporate Offices within the mall.

BreadTalk

Founded in 2000, BreadTalk is an award-winning home-grown Singapore bakery that offers a selection of Asian and European style baked goods that present flavours and trends from the region, to meet consumers’ everyday bakery needs. The bakery is renowned for the way it revolutionised the culture of bread consumption with its open concept store experience, as well as visually appealing and creative products.

Acknowledging that bread is part of the staple diet in many countries, BreadTalk honours the craft of bread-making with globally-sourced ingredients, baking artistry, and modern technology.

The brand is recognised locally and internationally for its signature Flosss, a soft bun coated with a special recipe egg cream and topped with fluffy pork floss, which remains one of the brand’s top-selling products. Also not to be missed is the Pandan Chiffon Cake, which is an iconic treat of Singapore. Over the years, BreadTalk has set up outlets all around Singapore, Asia, and the Middle East.
