*There is a $300 surcharge if there is an additional wedding venue. i.e., Church or Solemnisation is in a different location to the lunch venue.

The "Finishing Touch" Package
- Consultation - take over the planning process 1 month before the actual day
- Vendors - liaising with the vendors you have confirmed and reach out to last minute vendors you might need.
- Execution - workout the wedding schedule for the day, depending on both your requirements. Work with AV providers to ensure music and videos are in order and played according to the schedule.

The "Full Journey" Package
- Budgeting - keeping track of payments and getting the best bang for your buck. Many vendors provide a discount to wedding planners because of long term relationships.
- Consultation - we are your go-to assistants/friends/advisors for the months leading up to the big day.
- Conceptualization - we will work on your Styling Brief. This can be a theme / inspiration / mood board that we create together which serves as a place to return to when making styling decisions for the big day.
- Vendors - we run around and liaise with the many vendors for you. We will keep copies of invoices and receipts, but all monies are paid to the vendors directly and not through us.
- Execution - have a team at the venue on the actual day. Let your friends relax and let us do the work. We draw up a timeline for the actual day and make sure it's adhered to so that programs can run smoothly.
- Consolidation - we use Aisle Planner software to keep track of everything in the planning process. Bride and grooms can be granted access to view all the updates along the way. Nothing happens without your approval and knowledge.
