Can I bring my phone or camera on the ride?
For safety reasons, loose items, including phones and cameras, are not allowed during the ride. However, photos and videos can be taken before and after the ride. Secure lockers are available to store your belongings.
Can I ride the Roll Glider in tandem with someone?
The Roll Glider is designed for individual riders to ensure optimal safety and performance. Tandem riding is not permitted
How long does the Roll Glider experience take?
The actual ride duration is approximately 30 seconds.

With our climbing walls set by an accredited route setter, Rindi Sufiyanto. At My Climbing Place, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming environment for climbers of all skill levels. Totalling up to 8 rock climbing walls and 1 boulder wall, designed for beginners, offering easy-to-navigate routes that introduce the fundamentals of climbing in a supportive atmosphere. Our specialist are ready to guide you through the basics, ensuring a smooth ascent on your climbing journey.

You can purchase tickets via our booking platform, the HomeTeamNS mobile app or Self-help Kiosk on-site.
I'm not a HomeTeamNS member. Am I able to purchase tickets?
Yes, anyone is welcome to join in the fun at Adventure HQ!
Do I need to pre-book my sessions?
Adventure HQ advises customers to pre-book slots to avoid disappointment.
Can I request for a change in package, postponement of dates or refund for my paid ticket?
With effect from 31st October 2022, an administrative fee of $21.80(inclusive of 9% GST) will be charged per booking for date change requests within 3 months from initial date of booking, subject to availability.
I have a HomeTeamNS/SAFRA/Passion Membership. Am I able to purchase it for someone else?
As membership privileges are non-transferrable, members who purchase any of the passes would have to be the attendee as well.
Strictly no transferring of membership privileges.
How do I get to Adventure HQ at HomeTeamNS Khatib?
Adventure HQ is conveniently located on the 1st level of our HomeTeamNS Khatib Clubhouse and is a 5 mins walk away from Khatib MRT Station (NS 14).
Is there a water cooler available?
Yes, there’s a water cooler located in our briefing room. You’re advised to bring along your own refillable water bottle.
Is there a minimum age, height and weight requirement for Adventure HQ?
There is no age requirement for our activities.
There’s a minimum height requirement of 1.25 metres and maximum weight of 120kg. As for the Roll Glider, the minimum weight requirement is 30kg and minimum age is strictly 13 years and above.
For activities that require a harness, our Adventure Specialists will assess the fit of the harness before the start of each activity to ensure safety of participants. Participants will only be allowed to proceed if the harness is fitted securely in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Any recommended attire while entering Adventure HQ?
Fully covered shoes is compulsory. Strictly no sandals, socks, Keens, flats. Comfortable sports attire is recommended.
Shoes are not being sold or rented out in our facility.
What is the difference between the packages?
Adventure Single Pass is for 1 participant.
Adventure Buddy Pass is for 2 participants.
Adventure Bundle Pass is for 5 participants.
For the packages above, you will be able to enjoy 8 of the installations that we offer.
The All-Access Bundle is meant for 5 pax to enjoy a bigger discount. 1 person will just have to do the booking and you can bring 4 other friends along with you!
