We offer island-wide delivery across Singapore. Standard delivery typically incurs a flat fee, with options for specific time slots or express delivery potentially available at an additional charge. Detailed information on delivery fees and policies will be provided during checkout.

How can I best care for my fresh flowers to ensure they last longer?
To maximize the lifespan of your fresh flowers, we recommend trimming the stems at an angle every few days, changing the water daily, and keeping them in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruits. Remember to remove any leaves that fall below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.

- Weekdays: 0800H to 2000H
- Weekends and Public Holidays: 0800H to 1600H
Delivery Option
Delivery island-wide is free.
Same day delivery before 2pm daily will still be free. Same day delivery after 2pm will incur a $10 delivery fee as Same day delivery charge.

Things to Note:
Delivery to Hospital:
Some hospitals may not accept deliveries on location. Please contact the respective hospital to confirm that deliveries are allowed before placing your order. Amazing Floral will do its utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund up to 95% of the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location upon review. The sender will be contacted about the invalid delivery location and will be refunded.

- 1200H - 1559H
- 1600H - 2159H
- 2200H - 0000H (additional delivery charge of $20)
Additional Delivery Charges:
- Delivery to Sentosa – additional $25
- Express or Specified Timing Delivery Charge – additional $15 on top of the Additional Delivery Charges and/or if applicable, Same day delivery charges
- Re-delivery Charge – We will not be liable for any failed delivery not due to our own doing. An additional surcharge of $15 will be applicable every re-delivery, or for the change of location or time of delivery.
Delivery Information Required:
The following information is required when ordering:
- Sender full name
- Sender Contact number
- Recipient full name (For hospital delivery, please give recipient’s legal name for verification by the hospital)
- Recipient Contact number
- Address
- Unit number
- Additional delivery information (ward number, name of event hall, hotel concierge, Hotel room number, funeral parlour etc)
- Postal code
- Option to leave at doorstep - (Yes/No). (A photo will be taken and sent to the sender and/or recipient if there is nobody present to receive the delivery).
Please ensure that all delivery information above is accurate for a smoother delivery process.
Changes in Delivery:
Prior notification of at least 1 day in advance is required if customers wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.
