I used to average a C for Language Arts in Secondary One. Under the tutelage of Mr Neo at Phi Learning, my English has never fallen below A ever since Secondary Two. Of all the enrichment classes I’ve ever attended, my lessons at Phi Learning are the most fun and enjoyable.
My lessons at Phi Learning are full of silly fun. I don’t see it as the usual tuition that I’m forced to go.
This is my 6th year in Phi Learning. I’m pretty sure I’ll stick to a tried and true method of acing my English.

Having taught for more than 15 years, Mr. Neo started off teaching at prestigious learning centres before joining Phi Learning in 2015. Majoring in mass communications, he is the current curriculum developer for Phi Learning and he has taught hundreds of students over his career. A huge percentage of his students have aced the national exams. Mr. Neo is a humorous individual whose written prose has inspired great reading interests in students.
Mr. Chan started off teaching and developing curriculum at prestigious learning centres. After graduating with a Bachelors in Communication Studies, Mr. Chan has accumulated more than 13 years of teaching experience. Till date, he has helped hundreds of students achieve remarkable results in their English exams. Mr. Chan’s classes are highly engaging because he frequently references pop culture to help students cultivate a strong love for the language.
Ms. Ding is a calm and nurturing individual who has been tutoring for more than 5 years before joining Phi Learning. She has been giving private lessons since her days in NUS (majoring in philosophy) and to date, she has taught more than 50 students. Most of her students have seen remarkable improvements within 3-6 months. She is an immensely patient teacher who inspires students to love the humanity behind the language.
Ms. Lee is a graduate from NTU with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. With more than 6 years of teaching experience, Ms. Lee has tutored children from low-income families under CDAC in hopes of helping needy individuals. To date, she has taught more than a hundred students, the majority of whom attained 1-2 grades improvement in national exams. A vibrant and energetic individual, Ms. Lee’s classes are full of joy and laughter.
