At Artysticks, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of drummers through world-class instruction, performance experience, and personalized coaching. Our founder, Jeremy Yeo, has been behind the kit since 1995 and performing professionally since 2001. With a career spanning over two decades, Jeremy has shared the stage with renowned artistes such as J.J. Lin, Kit Chan, A-Do, Bob Fitts, Eric Moo, F.I.R., David Choi, Olivia Ong , and Guo Mei Mei—just to name a few.
Beyond the stage, Jeremy has a heart for teaching. He began mentoring aspiring drummers at just 20 years old and has since guided over 200 students through their musical journeys. His academic credentials include a Bachelor in Music Performance (Drums) and a Master of Music (Contemporary Practice) from Box Hill Institute TAFE in Melbourne, Australia.

Jessie Chiong
Jessie is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about helping her students grow. She firmly believes that learning drums can enhance children's fine motor skills, coordination, and self-confidence. Her joyful, energetic personality creates a fun, motivating environment that makes learning both effective and enjoyable. Jessie's goal is to inspire a love for music in each of her students, making every lesson a positive and uplifting experience.
Riya Rizal
Riya continues to seek out new opportunities to grow, create, and inspire within the music industry. His unique background and diverse skill set allow him to bring a fresh perspective to music education, helping students develop both technical skills and artistic expression.
Evan CJ
Evan has a deep passion for working with children and teenagers. For the past 1.5 years, he has served as a dedicated Sunday school teacher and an active member of his church's youth team, where he discovered his love for teaching and mentoring young learners. Evan's commitment to fostering confidence and creativity makes learning drums an enjoyable and rewarding journey for kids of all ages.

Jeremy teaches aspiring drummers and musicians in Singapore and internationally, believing that everyone can learn to play the drums. His career reflects a dedication to both musical artistry and community impact. In addition to performance, Jeremy has a passion for community engagement through team-building drum circles. Since 2013, he has conducted sessions for organizations such as The Singapore Association for Mental Health, Great Eastern, and Waverley Christian College. In 2017, he earned a Drum Therapy Facilitation certification from Australia's InRhythm Pty Ltd.

"This is probably one of the best places in Singapore to learn drums. Jeremy is a really fun and jovial guy. He's great with kids and knows how to guide young children in their drum learning journey. He has trained and taught many young drummers to play in church or school. Jeremy is a very experienced drummer as well, touring with many mandopop stars before. Despite his vast experience, Jeremy is a really humble guy, always willing to share and teach others. 5 stars for a great teacher!!"

"I was intimidated for years to learn drums and was thinking if it’s too late for me to learn a brand new instrument. However, last Sept 2023 after a friend taught me drums for fun for 1hour, I decided to learn drum. And I’m glad I did and made a right choice in learning at Artysticks. It’s my 1st time properly learning drums. Iain and Jeremy has broken down the lessons making it super easy to digest. They are also great at providing inputs on how to improve my drumming such as the stickings to dynamics to how to make the drum sound much better. The drumming techniques that was taught is made easy to follow. Each lessons has always been fruitful for me with knowledge and encouragement to challenge myself even further. And my friends said that I’m getting better and better at drumming. Thanks Artysticks! We are also allowed to book the studios for our self-practice. And since it’s located in Tampines which is close to my home, it’s very convenient for me to schedule my self practice when i have the extra time. Thanks to Artysticks, I managed to complete initial, grade 1 and grade 2 & now learning grade 3 within 6months. I would recommend to any WFH working community to Artysticks! And also it’s never to late to learn drum! And don’t be scared to learn drums!"

"Just completed 4 lessons with instructor Jeremy. Very good in communication and teaching skills. As a 60 years old adult who had never played on an acoustic drumset before, i am now able to play a complete song comfortably with his encouragment and patience. Looking forward to continue learning from him."

"I have been taking drum lessons from this drum academy since the start of the year. The studio environment is a very relaxing and fun place to learn. The teachers here knows how to make lessons fun and engaging and teaches you accordingly to how you fast you can progress. They understand your wants and needs and will always ask if there's anything I would like to learn to play. I would recommend anyone of all ages who are interested in taking up drums here!"
