Singapore Visitor Centre

A partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board. Tourists can access to a range of services with our partnership with Singapore Tourism Board.
Check out the Singapore Visitor Centre, located at our B1 Concierge Counter.

Wheelchair and Stroller Loans

Here’s one more reason to be an ION⁺ Rewards member – wheelchairs and baby strollers are available exclusively for members at our B1 and L4 Concierge Counters, subject to availability.

Loaned equipment must be returned by 9.30pm daily.

Wifi

All shoppers can enjoy 2 hours of complimentary wifi browsing at our mall; just connect to “ION Orchard Wifi” and you’re all set!

Power Bank Stations

Power banks are available for loans with a deposit at B3, B1, L1 and L4.

Lost & Found

For assistance with lost and found items, please visit any of our Concierge Counters.

Nursing Room

Nursing mothers have access to total of 4 nursing rooms, located at B4, B3, L3 and L4. Each nursing room’s design is unique and spacious enough to accommodate multiple strollers.

Locker

Shop hands-free by storing your items in our lockers at L6 for a non-refundable $1 each time. An administrative fee of $30 will apply for overnight storage or loss of locker key.

Alternating Current (AC) and Direct Current (DC) charging options are available.

The cost per Kilowatt-hour (kWh) is as follows:

• AC Charger: $0.65 / kWh


• DC Charger: $0.71 / kWh

The above rates are subject to change. Shoppers can check the prevailing rates on the FastParkNCharge mobile app or at the charging station.

Loading/Unloading Bay will be closed from 11:00am to 2:00pm and 4:00pm to 10:00pm.

All charges are inclusive of prevailing GST. The Management accepts no responsibility for theft, damage and other misdemeanour however caused to vehicles, equipment or contents while in the premises. Vehicles are parked entirely at owner’s risk. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of vehicle. Vehicles will be immobilized for unauthorized parking. A charge of $109.00 will be imposed for the removal of the wheel clamp. Please call 6238 8228 if you need any assistance.
