Yu Ying TCM is founded by Dr He Yu Ying (“Dr He”). Dr He has actively promoted the benefits of TCM and serves the community diligently and humbly.

Driven by her interest and passion in TCM, Dr He travelled to China more than 10 years ago to study the Basic Theory of Integrated Traditional Chinese & Western Medicine and clinical diagnosis and treatment. Dr He’s outstanding academic achievement netted her the 1st class scholarship awarded by the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. Under personal guidance of Jiang Su’s renowned Professor, Dr Shen Hong, holder of the prestigious and honourable title of Qi Huang Young Scholar and a renowned National TCM specialist technical instructor, Dr He went on to complete her basic Degree, Master Degree and Ph.D program and successfully obtained her Ph.D.

Upon her return to Singapore, Dr He joined Eu Yan Sang and served as their Associate Senior Physician. With more than 10 years of practical experience as a senior physician, Dr He has mastered the essence of TCM and advocates the regulation of an individual’s digestive system to stabilize and boost the body’s natural immunity system. Dr He specializes in the field of gastroenterology, dermatology and pediatrics.

Through her belief in integrating healthcare into clinical treatment, Dr He provides high quality treatment methods through the dual approach TCM and Western diagnosis combined with the use of high quality traditional chinese herbs and acupuncture treatment.  Coupled with the adoption of advanced computerized technology in dispensing medicine, managing patient appointment and reservations, Dr He is committed in providing high quality TCM care to the community. Yu Ying TCM also offers many traditional TCM treatment solutions such as acupuncture, TCM Orthopedics treatment and pediatric Tuina therapy etc.

All the treatment methods and medicine used by Yu Ying TCM are approved by the Singapore Health Science Authority (HSA). Yu Ying TCM also provides non-animal treatment methods upon request.

Remark: The Qi Huang Young Scholar title is awarded to individuals demonstrated success in the field and shown huge potential to carry forward the heritage of TCM and drive its innovative development in various fields including clinical treatment and are considered to be influential technical specialist in their field both domestically and internationally.
