General
- Do you cater for Vegetarians?
Yes, currently we provide 2 different menus catered for Vegetarians. You can browse through our website for the vegetarian menus.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations have to be made in writing not less than 05 working days prior to the day of event for a full refund.
If orders are cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the day of event, we would refund 25% of total amount, excluding admin charges.
Any orders cancelled within 48 hours before the day of delivery is subjected to a full 100% non-refundable payment.
- Which payment methods do you accept online?
At launch, we currently support PayNow, Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer via checkout.
Processing charges of 3% applies for Visa / Masters checkouts.
We may offer other payment methods in the future! Stay tuned!
Ordering
How do I place an order online?
Navigate through our website for your preferred menu
- Select the items you want for your event.
- Choose your preferred date and time slot for delivery.
- Key in your contact information and delivery address.
- Select your preferred payment method and complete the order.
Our sales representative will contact you to confirm the details of your order, either via email or phone, using the contact information provided in the order form.
Can I add special or dietary requirements to my order?
Yes, you may. During the checkout, there would be a field for you to add in your special requirements.
- I want to make a big order, how should I proceed?
Please reach out to us via email or send in an enquiry, and we will contact you within 3 working days.Do note that we process orders at least 3 working days in advance to day of delivery.
For any event/order $5000 and above, a 50% deposit is required.
For corporate events, please do reach out to us should you require credit terms payment.
- Is it possible for me to switch food items from one menu to another?
Do note that no food item can be inter-switched as the menus have crafted to suit each menu price.
Buffet-catering
- *Are there any charges to have staff on site?*Service/Operations staff (4 hours) – $120 per service staff
Chef on site (3 hours) – $180 per chef
*do note that prices are quoted before GST. Please contact us via enquiries after you have made your order for us to confirm.
- Can I make changes to my catering order after I have checked out?
Apart from a checkout confirmation, we will share another confirmation email once we have confirmed the order to proceed.
For any modifications, changes must be raised to us not less than 48 hours prior to the day of event, via email to [email protected].
- I have a special request to add-on logistics, but I don’t see it anywhere in the menu. How do I proceed?For any special logistical requests, please write in to us after you have made your order. There may be additional charges, and items are subject to convenience / availability.
Delivery
- Are there any delivery or set up charges?
For buffet, the set up/delivery charge is at $80.00 and there is a $10.00 surcharge for locations in the CBD vicinity.
