Time saver
i don't really have that much time on my hands currently. Working a few jobs where I'm never away from my laptop, or phone, answering emails and responding to clients. It makes finding the time to do normal daily routine items difficult. One of those has been grocery shopping. I'm glad grab added this to part of their offering, as I'd already been using it as a taxi service now and again. And it was when I was on the app to do just that, that I discovered you can order groceries. What's more is that there seems to be promotions and a wide variety of stores to choose from. One of these stores I love but it would take me quite a while to get there and back, time I'd rather spend improving my business, or enjoying a little downtime watching movies. Which I can do now whilst I wait for my shopping to promptly arrive at the door. It's always fast and the items are never damaged, delivery drivers are friendly and I can rate the service I recieve - which is a great system for keeping everthing to a certain standard. It allows me to easy keep my fridge packed with delicious foods and snacks, whereas before, I'd find it empty and have to take the trip to the shop, such an inconvience. I'm going to continue to use the app when I move soon to another city, I'm pleased to see that grab opperates there to. Fantastic.
Grab Food Missing items refund issue
I order Starbucks today and The main drink I want is Dark Mocha Frap, but bcoz of small order fee, I order some others drinks and cake. But they missed out the main drink Dark Mocha Frap, Grab Customer service was fast to refund as I’m using grab pay. The most disappointed part is they refund exactly the drink fee 7.50$ which may think like proper customer service, but my most wanted item was not delivered and so if I want to order again, * I need to spend over 10$ again to avoid small order fee + delivery fee + my waiting time and this disappointment! *
Refund is not the solution, you need to think what is the impact that caused to customer. You need to think from customer point of view!
This kind of issues happened to me before also, but I did not mind like today & I thought Grab would have think about that, but not today, my main drink that I wanted the most was missed out and really really disappointed on this Grab Refund Services. I really want to reorder again but I will not use Grab Service.
