I bought a resale unit and 1 year after moving in, I consistently faced Air con issues. Either water leaking or bad odor (like rotting onion smell). I had the units serviced many times and yet issue still persists. So one evening I was searching on Google and found Kevin. It was a good sign that I could book directly and not speak to some service agent that will randomly assign an air con servicer. Kevin assessed the issue and explained it to me. I was surprised that previous servicers did not tell me about my mould issue and did not even suggest chemical cleaning. As you can see the videos, my ac was so dirty and mouldy. I'm glad he cleaned it thoroughly. I would highly recommend anyone who buys a resale unit to get Kevin to service it before use. Thank you Kevin.
