"Founded in 1991 as Ye Liang How Catering, HOWS has evolved to become Singapore's favoured caterer of sensory feasts that thoughtfully designed. Our team of Experience Designers closely collaborates with clients to craft fresh menus and stunning set-ups.
Much like our name, HOWS is rooted in its method. The "Hows of Design" is our proprietary method of rethinking and expanding our gallery of flavours. We take inspiration from cuisines around the world, always experimenting and designing to enthrall the senses.

All was snatched up by my guests. Fish was delicious, too. Saucy and not soggy at all. Flour covering the fish is not too much. Can still taste the fish, and the fish is still soft. Prawn and shrimp cake, although fried, was not soggy even after a while. Portion wise, I think the ingredient is quite generous. I ordered this caterer for all my gathering. Recommended to try.
