Class Duration: 60 minutes

For those with specific areas they want to work on or improve, you can try 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 private classes.

Classes are suggested for extra work on problem areas including: flexibility, strength, skill development, balance, speed and coordination in conjunction with the use of apparatus that includes dance, ball, ribbon, clubs, hoop and rope.

Classes are conducted by our KGA qualified Rhythmic and General Gymnastics coaches and are available throughout the year.

Open Classes

Our open classes are free time for mother and child to come to the gym and play or train on their own. Parents must be present to supervise their children at all times.

Mommie & Me

This programme aims to develop toddlers from 2 to 3 years old through these 4 aspects: emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioural developments. With involvement of parent and guidance from the coach, it helps to establish one on one relationship with the child and understand their growth and developments better.

This class is a blend of both flexibility and strength work using the best practises of rhythmic gymnastics, learned and developed by our Head Coach during her competitive and coaching career. FAQ

What will my child learn in rhythmic gymnastics?

We see both physical and mental benefits in training for rhythmic gymnastics with KGA. Long, lean, toned muscles coupled with flexibility and strength to name a few. All classes are taught in the Russian style of coaching which advocates discipline and structure in a fun environment. This develops mental strength and focus for all aspects of life. If your daughter reaches a certain standard, and is interested, she can compete in one of the competitions we attend during the year.

Can I watch my daughter in class?

Spectators are not allowed in the class as it distracts both the children and coaches. Throughout the year there are events to showcase progress made. These events are structured like a competition with a performance which focuses children and gives invaluable experience.

How can I make payment?

Trial classes must be paid for via bank transfer or PayNow exclusively.

For the acquisition of class packages or merchandise, KGA primarily utilizes the KGA app, which facilitates payment through your debit/credit cards. Additionally, the app digitally records all booked and attended classes.
