Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) is a representative dish of a beloved Boyang-sik in Korea.
Organic Chicken
We use only organic & young chicken. They are tender and rich in amino acids, which help inhibit cancer.
They also contain high levels of unsaturated fatty acids and linoleic acid, making them much easier to digest and absorb compared to other meats.
