Whole Service Employment Pte Ltd, starting up by Irene Toh, who has an educational background as a home tutor for more than 20 years before making her midlife career change into the migrant domestic workers (MDWs) industry.
What originally started from helping relatives and friends sourcing for suitable helpers for their homes eventually grew to a home-based agency through recommendations and word of mouth.
