The time it takes for you to receive your personalised gift also depends on your chosen delivery method.

After pinning down your ideal custom gift, you can either choose to self-collect it from our stores at Funan, NEX or Wisma Atria, or opt for delivery right to your recipient’s doorstep – no matter where he or she resides. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method. For SingPost Normal Mail, which is free, you can expect delivery within 2-9 working days. However, this option does not provide a tracking number. If you opt for Courier delivery you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days, and it comes with tracking. For those who prefer self-collection at Funan/NEX, we'll send you an SMS notification when your order is ready. For more information on our delivery lead time, refer to our Lead Time and Delivery page.
8. CAN I GET MY PERSONALISED GIFT DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE GIFT RECIPIENT?
Yes, you can have your personalised gift sent straight to the intended recipient. When you're placing your order, just enter the recipient's address and contact details in the delivery information section. We will handle the rest, making sure your thoughtful gift arrives at the correct address and on schedule. Please ensure that the recipient's details are accurate and complete to prevent any delivery mishaps.
9. HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY OF GIFTS COST?
We offer a range of delivery options to accommodate your needs. If you're looking for an economical option, our SingPost Normal Mail is free of charge. For those who prefer a quicker, trackable delivery, we offer Courier service for a fee of $4. And for those who prefer to collect their orders in person, we offer free self-collection at our Funan and NEX outlets. Each delivery method is designed to provide convenience and value, ensuring that your personalised gifts reach you or the intended recipient without any hassle.
10. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALISED GIFTS?
We have a 14-day return policy at THEIMPRINT. However, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. It's important to note that to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also necessary for the return process. Because of their unique nature, personalised items are exempt from this return policy.

Can I make changes to my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once embossed, no changes can be made.

We do not accept exchanges for personalized and customized items.

- The item is defective or an error is made from our end
- The item is not personalised or customised

What are the available modes of payment in-store?
We accepted Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Shopback Pay, Shopee Pay, Grabpay, Favepay, QR pay and cash. We also accepted Capitaland Vouchers (at Funan only) and eNex Vouchers (at Nex only)
Unfortunately, we do not accept NETS and cheque, sorry!

Do you accept bulk/corporate order with logo printing?
Yes, we accept bulk and/or corporate order with logo printing.
A minimum of 35pc is required for logo printing, and a one-time fee of $85 will be charged for logo mould fee. An additional embossing fee of $4.90 will be charged for additional name to be embossed. Logo embossing pricing is included with the product.

How to get free shipping?
Spent $120 and above entitled you to a free delivery by courier to a one location.
What are the font type and is there a limit to the characters?
There are 2 font type available; Classic and Minimalist.
CLASSIC
Maximum 8 characters including spacing*
MINIMALIST
Maximum 10 characters including spacing*
We embossed only alphabets, numbers and selected punctuations and emojis for leather products.
*Lesser characters for Airpods Cases
Can I choose the font colour?
Yes, you can choose either Gold, Rose Gold or Silver
Can I change the hardware colour to Silver?
Sorry, no. All hardware (eg. zipper, clasps etc) are fixed in Gold.
Will the printing peels off?
No, it will not peel off.
Unlike vinyl stickers, UV printing is printed directly on to the the bottle. Just imagine your home inkjet printer printing directly on the bottle. This produce a much high-quality and premium feel and quality when compared to vinyl sticker.
