Led by our team of supportive in-house experts, our classes are inclusive and offer meaningful, engaging experiences for all physiques and fitness levels.


Held 56 storeys above the city at Sands SkyPark, our wellness classes are also some of Singapore’s highest, offering awe-inspiring views with every session.

All classes must be booked at least 48 hours prior to the session. Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance for Aqua Fit. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, participants will be informed 30 minutes before class begins. Subject to change with 7 days advance notice.


Participants will be notified 7 days in advance should the SkyPark Observation Deck be unavailable due to event space buyouts or private functions.

Set at a slower pace, this session focuses on breathwork and meditation, along with varied poses that build strength, coordination and flexibility.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays This fun, full-body workout in and out of the water offers a mix of core and mobility-inspired exercises for all fitness levels. Experience how water powerfully engages your core to maintain your centre of gravity and trains your balance and coordination.

Set at a faster pace to improve flow, this class focuses on breathwork and holding varied poses that relieve stress and condition the body. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Conducted using a range of tones, vibrations and frequencies, sound meditation is said to improve mood and release tension and promote deep relaxation. Each experience is highly subjective and will be different for each person, each time.

With three decades of sound, meditation, breathwork, yoga and mindful living practice, Karu embodies progressive knowledge while positively influencing and empowering others. He is passionate about living a more conscious, connected and considerate life.

Pilates
Amelia is a registered physiotherapist with a special interest in dance and movement, having trained in dance herself. She is also certified to teach Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation, Level 1 GYROTONIC®, Progressing Ballet Technique and BarreConcept. Amelia especially enjoys working with people from all walks of life, helping them to heal and flourish.

Yoga
Sammantha is an artist, performer, and a certified yoga instructor armed with seven years of professional dancing experience. Her shift towards yoga stemmed from her interest in the roles that bodies play, and uses her knowledge in dance to guide the way she coaches yoga — with grace, flow, and precision.


BEFORE YOU GO



  • Decide the class you would like to attend and select a corresponding date.

  • Minimum pax to start a class is 3 pax.

  • Once you have confirmed your details, submit your registration form.

  • We will provide you with a response within 48 hours.

  • No admission for individuals aged 15 and below. Guests aged 16 and above are required to purchase a ticket.

  • Marina Bay Sands reserves the right to replace instructors for any of the classes without prior notice. No refunds or exchange of tickets are allowed in the event of changes in assigned Trainers.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at the Organiser’s discretion. No refunds will be issued after the class has commenced.


Please visit a medical professional as soon as possible for further assessment and provide us with the relevant documentation if you are requesting for a refund.


Classes are open to participants of all fitness levels. However, the classes involve strenuous physical activity and exercise, and you should only participate at an intensity which is appropriate to your level of fitness. You acknowledge the inherent risks in participating in the classes (which cannot be wholly eliminated for such classes) including the risk of physical injury and any injury which may be sustained, or any illness that may be worsened by taking part in physical exercise. You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition before, during, and after the class. Neither the teachers nor Marina Bay Sands shall be liable for any physical injury sustained during the classes.


In case of inclement weather, participants will be informed 30 minutes before class begins regarding cancellation and tickets will be refunded. Tickets will not be refunded once class has commenced, in the event of sudden inclement weather during the class.


The Organisers have full autonomy to monitor the situation and pause, cancel, or resume the classes.


Please arrive 15 minutes before your class starts. Latecomers will not be allowed entry.


Only water bottles are allowed at the venue. All other food and beverage items will have to be discarded prior to entry.


Cloak room is not available.


Photography, filming, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited. All DSLR / cameras with interchangeable lens are strictly prohibited at the venue.


Please arrive in proper workout attire. Participants not dressed in appropriate attires will not be allowed entry.

Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Holistic fitness classes are all about fluid movements, so you'll want to wear something that allows you to move, stretch, and contort your body into numerous positions. No shoes or slip-on is required during the session.

Aqua Fit Swim attire that is comfortable and does not hinder your ability and range of motion in the water.
