He gave knowledgeable advice and most of all, very experienced in this field. We decided to engage his company and it was a perfect choice! Well, I have engaged with TCE since March and honestly speaking, I have seen sales people come and go. I signed the initial contract with salesperson E while upon measurement (well, it's a good 4.5 months apart) it was handled by another sales guy A, and when everything completed, it changed to a lady J who settled all the final follow-ups. However I'd like to say, despite numerous changes of personnels, their communication and customer service remained prompt and effective, which surprised me to certain extent. And the actual installation works were always smooth and on time (one delay for Zipblind due to 2nd measurement but I got informed 2 weeks in advance). I'd like to say thanks to all those sales guy who I communicated with as well as their installation technicians. Mr. Sohag and Mr. Syafiq. It's a good work
