Helmed by Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant, Saint Pierre is a Two Michelin-starred contemporary French restaurant in Singapore with a history of fine dining excellence since 2000.

Chef Emmanuel’s culinary approach is a culmination of his extensive experience in some of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium, layered with working and living in Asia for more than half his life. During this time, he has developed a honed sensitivity to the region’s ingredients, which he incorporates respectfully into his food.

Underpinning Chef Emmanuel’s signature style of modern French cuisine with an Asian accent is an ongoing pursuit to achieve balance, precision and flavour.
