Always trust this brand since I used their low pressure shower head in my last home. Bought 2 floor traps for my new home and was disappointed that 1 of their floor trap quality is not good. Rusty after my renovation. My master toilet one is so different.

I came across Tuscani Tapware on shopee when i was searching to buy floor traps. Bought their 15cm brass floortrap and delivery was so fast. I must say extremely value for money for these high quality plus asethetically great looking floor traps. U can choose to install with yr floor tiles for that seamless look. Highly recommend this shop as they offer high quality kitchen & bathroom fittings at good prices. On top of that their staff offer good advice and recommendations on the products. I ended up buying 4 soft closing dustbins as well. Wonderful shopping/buying experience online and at their showroom! Extremely happy with my purchases.

We were served by Zareena who is warm and friendly. She offered us thoughtful advice and helpful suggestions that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Despite the good customer service, I found the selection of cold kitchen taps a bit limited, which made it hard to find the right fit for our needs. In the end, I had to settle for a mixer tap, even though our setup only uses cold water. Expanding the range of cold taps could really enhance the choices available for customers like us.

Bought a couple of items from them. Initially thought they only sold toilet fittings, but they even sold hood and hobs as well as water heaters. Colour me surprised! Hafiz, our salesperson was very knowledgable on their products as well as recommending us items based on our lifestyle and within our budget. Toilet fittings are of very good quality so I’ll highly recommend getting from them your kitchen and bathroom fittings if you ever need to purchase them!

My whole experience with Hafiz was pleasant and a smooth one. During my consultation with him, he gave me options for my kitchen sink, shower equipment and WC. He didn’t hard-sell any of the products. Rather, he would listen to my queries and concerns, and offer me non-biased opinions with regard to the pros and cons of the different options for the items, especially when it came to the tornado and non-tornado WC. He goes out of the way to make you feel at home and at ease when you’re surveying at the shop. Delivery and installation services were also top notch.

Have a pleasant experience visiting their showroom. Nice ambience. They will turn on netflix or shows for ur kids to watch while u are browsing through their products. They have a sweet dispenser as well and it is free. They also serve packet drinks upon availability. The staff here are also very friendly and courteous. I am amazed at their products. For premium quality fixtures, it is very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend their products to anyone.
