Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Variware. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Variware is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Variware is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Singapore.
Returns Policy
We offer free return in-store in the SAME OUTLET with the show of OFFICAL RECEIPT within SEVEN days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit (valid for one year) or exchange it for a different item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have the original price tag and be in original product packaging without damage.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Consumables items (Meant to be burned, used or destroyed).
- Products under the Variware House Brand will come with a one-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not cover
A. Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or staining.
B. Faulty installation or mishandling.
C. Damage arising from or due to acts of goods, accident, misuse or untrained personnel.
