this was my 1st time getting my 2nd car from PI. I had done few surveys with other PI. Initially I was very sceptical... on PI salesman tactic. I had done few round market surveys before stepping in Emperor Motor, the offers from PI are all different In term of pricing, package & instalment as well as so-called Freebies. I was attended by Aaron (the boss) via whatsapp followed by Vick. I was glad that Vick had shown his professionalism and honesty, neither did he boast how well his package was nor he oversell himself and Emperor to me. All his answer matched my expectation. though deal was confirmed ( receipt was issued in handwritten format, my god :-p) I was still worried that Emperor may close their shop and run away anytime, but Vick has been patiently and continuously making sure my car delivery is on track. I think I could be one of the naggy customers that non stop bombarding him with calls n messages. To all potential buyers, it is mandatory to do ur homework thoroughly and testify ur question with any salesman, Vick and Aaron just passed my test and they made it. though there was a delay (probably 3 weeks) due to customs and LTA. but overall, they kept the promise and welcomed my arrival with my ultra shiny GLA180 in the showroom. Give Emperor a chance if you plan to get a car from PI. I wish Emperor team success in year 2020.read more

First time getting a new car and worst still im getting from PI. Heard a lot of bad news regarding PI running away with... people deposit thus feeling very insecure. Manage to visit a few reputable PI companies and getting quotations before visiting Emperor Motors. Its was hours before the COE bidding result. Mr Vick was the saleman who served me, he was not pushy and answered all my noob questions patiently. People had been saying that COE would continued to go down but Mr Vick advised me that he predicted that it will increased. Mr Vick was different from other saleman i met. He did not bad mouth other PI companies like others when i compared the prices of different companies. He just advised me accordingly. Eventually i decided to trust Mr Vick and down my deposit after he adjusted the pricing to cater for my needs. Heng Ah! hours later, COE pricing increased. Its was a 2 bid garantee COE agreement and he promised to deliver the car to me not more than 1 month period. To my surpise, within 2 weeks, i managed to get my car. Went to enquire about buying a new car on 02/May 18. Spoke to Aaron and he is straight to the point and able to answer... every question regarding the purchase.
