To the CEO of StorHub I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for two of your outstanding team members at StorHub. Ms. Sharon Yong has been exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my experience. She took the time to understand my evolving storage needs during different phases of packing and recommended three additional units accordingly. Thanks to her thoughtful assistance, I now lease a total of four units with StorHub. What I particularly admire is that Sharon does not engage in unnecessary upselling. Instead, she focuses on understanding and addressing the customer’s actual requirements, while also acknowledging my long-standing tenancy of over five years. Her integrity, customer-centric approach, and dedication are truly commendable and reflect very well on StorHub. I would also like to commend Ms. Skye, who has been a great support to Sharon. Together, they have made the process of managing my storage requirements far more seamless and stress-free. While I am very satisfied with the service provided by your team, I would like to highlight a few concerns for your attention: 1. Frequent rental rate increases – The storage rental rates have increased twice within the past year. As a loyal, long-term customer, I find this discouraging particularly in the case of one of my units (Unit 1074), which has a pillar that reduces its usable space. I hope StorHub will consider offering more favorable rates or promotions for existing customers, rather than focusing solely on attracting new business. Recognizing and rewarding customer loyalty is key to long-term retention. 2. Credit card auto-payment – While convenient, the auto-payment system may not always be ideal, especially when additional units are rented temporarily (such as my recent rental of three extra units for just a month). In such cases, customers may prefer to use a different credit card to take advantage of certain benefits. Greater flexibility in selecting the preferred payment method would be appreciated. 3. Staff transfers – Last but not least, I strongly urge the management to avoid relocating staff members who are being recognized for their excellent service. When customers build rapport and trust with exemplary staff like Sharon and Skye, sudden transfers disrupt continuity and diminish the personal connection that sets StorHub apart. Retaining outstanding team members in their current roles where they are making a positive impact helps maintain service consistency and customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Once again, please extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Sharon Yong and Ms. Skye for their outstanding service.

Stored my items at StorHub Tampines for past 5 years. Place is well lit, very clean and security is good. Your items are well protected and secured. The customer officers at the counters are always helpful and professional. Staff named Sky was exceptionally helpful and gives good suggestions and tips.
