MOTT 32 SINGAPORE

CHINESE | FINE DINING | BAR | SIGNATURE RESTAURANT

The award-winning Mott 32 celebrates the culinary alchemy of two different cuisines coming together. Born in Hong Kong, the restaurant takes its name from 32 Mott Street in New York, where the city’s first Chinese convenience store opened in 1891, spurring the growth of one of the world’s most vibrant Chinatowns.

In Singapore, Mott 32’s chefs continue the trailblazing spirit of the Hong Kong flagship, applying modern cooking techniques that put a delightfully fresh spin on time-honoured recipes. Signature dishes such as Apple-Wood Roasted Peking Duck, Crispy Triple-Cooked Wagyu Beef Short Rib and Signature Lobster “Ma Po Tofu” mingle alongside tempting dim sum, fresh seafood and wok-fried dishes, each using sustainably sourced ingredients.

With a cocktail programme that draws on Asia’s flavours — think smoky teas and Sichuan peppercorn infusions — Mott 32 Singapore offers a cross-cultural experience for all the senses. This is echoed in its design which references New York industrial-chic, classical Chinese decor and Singapore’s native flora, a poignant homage to the shared history and connections between metropolises.
