Our General Servicing
We use Germicidal Detergent and Deodorant that is effective in controlling bacteria that cause many respiratory infection, also effective against molds that cause musty and unpleasant odors.
Dismantle the fan coil cover & air filter.
Lubricating all movement parts, dismantle & cleaning of water drain pan.
Brush, clean & check indoor evaporator coil.
Brushing & cleaning blower wheel and blade.
Vacuuming drainage system to prevent water leaking.
Clean & wash air filter using Germicidal Detergent to kill bacteria.
Water drain pan & front cover:
Clean & wash using Germicidal Detergent to kill bacteria.
Checking of all electrical component, compressor suction & discharge pressure.
Check & brush condenser coils.
Increase cooling with saving on electrical consumption.
