Do you provide delivery and setup of carnival equipment?
Absolutely! All our prices are inclusive of delivery and setup. We believe in providing a hassle-free experience for our customers, ensuring that they can enjoy our products or services without any additional worries or hidden costs. With our inclusive pricing model, you can rest assured that the price you see is the price you pay, allowing you to focus on enjoying your purchase without any logistical concerns.
Are there any surcharge to take note of?
There is an additional Delivery Surcharge of $35 applicable for the following venues: Changi, Tuas, Sentosa, Turf city.
There is an additional Manpower Surcharge of $50 per staircase.
There is an additional Cleaning Surcharge of $200 (for bouncy castles only) during wet weather.

How do you determine rental pricing?

Can you provide custom designs for my event?
We offer custom designs tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of your event. What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% non – refundable deposit is required to confirm the event.
* The 50% deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation of event
* 100% full payment will be required for last minute cancellation (72 hours before the
event) - NO REFUND of deposit for any cancellation of booking
What is your postponing/extension policy?
Any last minute additional/extension of services 3 working days before the event or on the day itself will be charged accordingly.
Postponing of event is subject to a $100 -$150 surcharge, subject to availability. Otherwise, client can choose to cancel the event and the deposit paid will be forfeited.
