Let’s celebrate SG60 at MINT!It’s a honour to experience this event before it opens to the public on 15 March! We had a great time learning and playing with the various activities lined up!Armed with our exclusive @fabercastellsg Colouring Box Kits, we applied the techniques taught during the workshop. Colouring is really therapeutic for me!Next we attended a Trivial Quiz session which was interactive and educational! One can also win exclusive prizes! One of my favourite highlights are the Traditional kampong games! A sandbox was even specially built for us to play marbles / Goli!Playing these games sure bring back some childhood memories! We also enjoy learning about Toys from the past as the gallery showcase a great collection!A good opportunity to relive our childhood and bring out our inner child!Definitely fun and bonding !Tickets charges apply.

It's one of my favourite Museums on Singapore ❤️

There’s always a child in all of us, and I had such a great time at the Mint Museum! It felt like a trip back to the good old days.

Really enjoyed our time at the Mint Museum, it brought back memories of our younger days. So happy to see toys from all over the world, it’s a great collection that everyone should see!

Everything looks well preserved and it's a fun walk through a more understated part of history. My only issues are how some of the like information panels are placed way higher than most can read, so not sure what the point of them being there is.

It took part in the battle of Singapore programme during the period around total defence. It was an interesting presentation and we enjoyed the trivia and interaction elements

Great place! Friendly service by Bu Hanni 🙏😁

Adorable giant teddy bears on 3rd floor

Very cool record of politics and history through toys! Michael was an amazing guide!

Very interesting museum that makes us going back in time to see what toys was famous before and also how it evolved through years.Thank you Hannie, she helped me to go through the payment process and also she gave me tips in order to fully enjoy the visit! She is very nice and helpful!

Perfect place to take kids and also remind of good memories of child 🧒

Why these great reviews? I arrive on a Wednesday afternoon and there's no line and I can't buy a ticket onsite and the guy at the podium is more interested in wandering to the adjoining restaurant to gossip. Yeah! Let's give it five stars. Then, I went back and attempted to find the gift shop. A second employee, liesurely fake cleaning a window, tells me there's no gift shop anymore. To me it's very obvious they do not want patronage. In fact there's something so sketchy here that i'm going to report it to the authorities. Later: hilarious fake pro forma response a WEEK later, even after I sent several inquiries directly via FB and social media. Obviously a money laundering scheme.

We purchased tickets online but they insisted on a QR code and wouldn’t let us enter without it. Terrible customer service. Far too overpriced as well for what get. For a family of 4 it’s about $80 SGD??As a reply.. your attendants KNEW we had purchased tickets as they spoke to the agents we got them from. But they still refused our entry, and we had two young children with us. Very inconsiderate, and it’s spoiled our trip.

The staff are friendly and eager to share information about the collections, enriching your visit with fun facts and stories. The museum also hosts workshops and events, creating a lively community space for toy lovers.Entrance fee : $30/adultTips: Make sure to allocate enough time to explore, as there’s so much to see. Visiting on weekdays can offer a quieter experience, allowing for a leisurely stroll through the exhibits. The Mint Museum of Toys is more than just a museum; it’s a celebration of imagination and creativity. Whether you’re a toy collector or simply looking for a unique cultural experience in Singapore, this museum is sure to delight!

It's was so fun we made drawings here . Thanks to mam hanni to assisting us . Must there for your inner child & childhood memories

See the world’s oldest surviving pencil, enjoy the sight of vintage toys from around the world. MINT museum has a lot to offer for toy collectors with their 5 levels of collections of various toys, models and colouring pencils from Faber-Castell.

The toys were very interesting and the AR tour was fantastic. Kid loved it.

Served by Hanni! It was a interesting experience and her customer service was very heartwarming!

Interesting collection!

It's very exciting going here, with super helpful madam hanni..highly recommend to spend your time with your friends. So many collections to see🙌🏻🙌🏻✨✨

So wonderfully experience in here, i learn a lot of old toys that i’ve first seen on my life. You can try🤩Good experiences with madam hanni💕

Interesting museum, but their online ticket booking was a disaster. The staff asked us to wait 1 hour, payment authorisation failed multiple times, and cash payment is more expensive. No discount was offered on cash payment after all the failing online system issues. Could be better managed. It's such a shame since the exhibition is very good. Pauljacobdegroot gmail

We took part in the holiday activity and got to see many old toys and a variety of genre. But I’m honesty may not be very fascinating for current generation of children who are unimpressed with analog and mechanical toys of the older generation.

It has been around 15 years when I first visited this museum. Still a cool place to visit, just hope that they kept the matchbox toy cars collection.

It is a fun filled place for the kids as they can do activities and watch movie at stipulated timing.

Fun and amazing nostalgic toys which brings back alot of memories!

It contains toys in diffrent ages, which are impressed. Also, there were some boardgames in each floor that showing Singapore culture

The tickets are too expensive, and for some reason, the number and variety of toys are much less than before. Admission is SGD 35 for adults, SGD 25 for children over 7 years old, and SGD 20 for seniors over 60 years old.

It was wonderful and nostalgic for us as parents to see the toys in the historic style - how they may have looked at origin when they were 1st designed few decades back. Our son enjoyed it too as he enjoys reading and watching many of these still.. for him to see Tin Tin, Tom and Jerry, bugs bunny , Popeye, Bat man-Robin Joker etc was fascinating. Well curated.Thank you.

You can take the baby to discharge~

Beautiful place!

I think it is a good place to enjoy

Wonderful sharing by Jack! We learnt much more about toys and history! Very much appreciate the active sharing and team games!

A nostalgic toy museum with a very good chronological collection museum. Surprisingly historical and political as well as international. Mdm Hanni at the museum is friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

SGD 30 for one person to look at old collections of toys, this is not that worthy. A bit overcharged. It’s good to see some cute toys though.

I recently visited the Mint Museum of Toys and had an absolutely delightful experience. The collection was truly amazing, showcasing a wide range of toys from various eras and cultures. Each exhibit was meticulously displayed, making it easy to appreciate the history and craftsmanship behind the toys. The layout of the museum was well thought out, guiding visitors through different themes and periods in a logical and engaging manner. This thoughtful arrangement enhanced the overall experience, allowing for a seamless and enjoyable visit.A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Hanni, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and went out of her way to ensure that our visit was memorable. Her enthusiasm for the exhibits was infectious and added a personal touch to our tour.Overall, the Mint Museum of Toys is a must-visit for anyone interested in the history of toys and childhood. With its impressive collection and outstanding staff, it offers an enriching and fun experience for visitors of all ages.

Fun for people who like old toys. There are a lot of collectibles. They are neatly divided into categories.Enjoyment for individuals interested in vintage toys. A wide variety of collectibles are neatly categorized.

Miss Hanni is very helpful with my daughter, I think we need more place like mint Museum in this digital era, very entertaining for the children

Museum of Boomer Toys.Do not visit and waste your time if your kids are born in 2010s… nothing for them here. Left in 20mins. No tours. No guides. Showing of all movies ‘The Mask’… Zero crowd.

We love this mint museum! Our kids are 6 and 4, and we had a great time here. There were small toys available for the kids to play as well. Would highly recommend for families! Ms Hanni is our guide at the entrance who was very helpful and friendly.

It's a really quaint place. A well curated museum that delights both the young and young at heart alike. Mdm Hanni was really helpful with buying the tickets!

Interesting display and wide collection of vintage toys and carousel toys and life size toys.

This is the first time I saw so many toys in my life. Although there’s a little problem with the entrance, Mrs Hanni helped me with her patience to enter. Overall, it’s a good place to visit.

Great collection of vintage toys and history of toys from across the world

Very nice staffs and it has been a great experience for me and my child! Hanni had been very patience with my girl too!

Good

Interesting history of toys from all over the world!

Hennie met us on entry and was very helpful.I loved the dolls especially with my adopted daughter from Vietnam, it is her 9th birthday. Many memories of my childhood in this beautifully displayed toy museum

Very friendly , very funny,

Small museum with little interactive activity for kids. Not suitable for family with children. Not worth the money

Mrs. Hanni at the frontstore was super helpful. The toys inside the museum were interesting and seems to be a good tour for niches.

nice collection

Fun little museum, exhibition more for the adults rather than the kids.Staff extremely friendly!

Nice place for family visit. Hanni is very friendly and supportive! Will come back in the future!!!

Great stuff! A must see! Thanks hanni!

interesting & fun!

Our visit was absolutely wonderful and memorable. We were greeted by Aunty Hanni at the entrance to Mint Museum of Toys and proceeded with its movie screening ‘Space Jam’. We loved the big cosy teddy couches that welcomed us in the movie room. Our educational amazing race with Aaron was great and he was very professional and knowledgeable; patiently guiding the us through the games. My personal favorite game was ‘Creative storytelling’ @ Level 4. Overall, the games were both educational, fun and a fantastic family bonding time.I was also thrilled by the private collection of toys here, it really made my day seeing my childhood toys on display and a good understanding of their history. My girls truly enjoyed themselves too! All the staff were heartwarming and we felt so at home . A big thank you to Anna and all the staff including Zen at Mint Museum of Toys who made our visit memorable! We would highly recommend to everyone (young and old) to pay a visit here to have an amazing experience shared by me.

a wonderful place where you and your children feel at home

Recommended place for those who love toys!! Hanni was sweet

Very well presented and not crowded. Maybe some chairs for Seniors to sit and reflect. Thanks so much to Hanni.

First visit to the museum, had a wonderful time here. Different generations of toys with meaningful stories behind it. Recommend!

Very interesting history of toys. Aaron is a very interactive tour guide of the exhibits and was able to help us fully immerse us in the history of the toys through his extensive knowledge of the exhibits.

2 stars given because there was no queue and no one was in the museum. Adults were charged 30 per pax and 20 per pax for kids.Musuem was small and you can complete the whole Musuem in under 20mins.Visit only if you have too much money to spend.

Very nice and interesting place, had funHanni is so kind and friendly!

Very good experience

It’s been awhile since we last came. This time we had a scavenger hunt with my 7yo and it introduces us to more of the museum. Very interesting!

Nice museum for one time visit, good collection. But because of the ticket price (30 sgd online and 35 on site) we were alone, exhibition looks unpopular.

Such a lovely unexpected experience. It was quiet and clean and cosy and my nephew and I had such a wonderful time.

Had a lot of old school memories.

Quiet and well curated, they also screen excellent movies start to finish

hanni was super helpful

Very special place to visit. Lots of old toy to explore

A thoroughly enjoyable walk through the history of toys. My guide Aaron was friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend the guided tour! I only wish the exhibit was larger to spend more time here.

very good toys collection and enjoyable experience to come here

Unique and Lovely museum. the kids love the colouring session and movie screening.

Nostagic

Nice collection of nostalgic toys with interesting history. The movie screening area is super cosy. And many exhibits to explore. Love it. Nice activity for family on weekends.

Enjoyed a tour around the exhibition with rustic toys and a complimentary 15mins explanation of Level 3 - Childhood favourites and saw the smallest toy made. Caught a movie at the newly set up Mint Lumens as well! Cosy and intimate setting!

MINT Museum of Toys was a fun and interesting place to visit with family and friends! There were also games to play with like Scrabble and Congkak. Do visit the museum if you have the chance! 🥳

Wonderful collection of various toys and memorabilia dating as far back as the 1910's. Excellent staff who are friendly and welcoming too!

It was so beautiful and I had a great time there

It is a beautiful, tidy, and small museum, but it consists of several floors and contains a very large amount of toys that make you recall the past. The idea of the museum is strange and has only occurred to me in Singapore. The question is, is it worth a visit? If you have free time, you can devote an hour to it with the sponsor

Wonderful experience !Highly recommend to all toys fans!

A small modern musean. Good collection of toys of different themes. Jut find the booking of admission ticket is a bit difficult.

It was fun bringing my children to explore the toy museum and to learn and have great bonding time together.

Its a good museum, with expensibe collection, remind me of my childhood time..Astro boy

The place is full of the interesting toys from different places and has an interesting history.I had a wonderful experience here.

Pretty insightful. Good integration of knowledge, history and fun.

Quite interesting.

Great experience which brought back wonderful memories of toys I played with as a child! Awesome.

Nice experience with lots of vintage items. My family and I enjoyed ourselves:)

Extensive display of toys

staff so nice and helpful

Nice but a bit expensive for what it offers. You could see old toys from different countries. If you want to buy the tickets on site and only have cash, the tickets cost a few dollars more.

We enjoyed it so much!Thank you❤️❤️

It was a fascinating walk through the history of toysI never knew the Singaporean owner was such a passionate collector from a tender age of 7 and still collecting over 70 years! Highly recommend a visit or more!

Five floors of amazing toys from 1840 to 1988 roughly, with a fantastic tour that explains everything and includes the history of the toys and the background history of why they were made. There was also cinemas show children’s films right now it’s Peter rabbit and other days it’s Superman and it’s in especially made cinema all Aircon and sofas And it will be a lovely day out. It’s just opposite raffles hotel, so right in the city center. Highly recommend.

Mint Museum Of Toys brought back all those fond memories of my childhood kampung days where I got to play those traditional folk games like chapter congkak kite marbles spinning top etc and I considered myself as an expertise an excellent learning experience n knowledge on every level of the museum…What a moment of imagination and nostalgia with toys!

Excellent experience !Saw a lot and learned a lot. Toy is an important part of culture.

A very place to visit when you are in Singapore.

An incredible place for those knowledge seekers out there,So much history behind the simplest of toys.10/10 recommend

Very interesting experience for both kids and adults, my kids enjoyed a lot.

There a lot toys, many funs with kids

Brought back childhood memories.....

Very interesting. My boy loves it.

We can enjoy drawing, coloring with a variety of toys here!

you can recall your memories with kids together!

Great place for nostalgia!

Great place for kids to explore and learn more about vintage toys🤗

All very nice! Compact toy museum in the CBD. They screen cartoons during the visit. There is written content everywhere and augmented reality QR on every floor. I'll be back 😉

Very nice and nostalgic museum! Super recommended 😎

This is a cool museum with lots of history inside. The toys range from very old to modern. The collection spans several countries and there is def something for everyone to enjoy. It’s kind of pricey, but it is what it is. It’s definitely a stop you should make if you have a little time to kill while in town on vacation or otherwise. I’ve always been a popeye fan and seeing some of these rare toys was great for me personally, def the best part.

Excellent collection of vintage toys..step inside the place, bring u to a whole different nostalgic world.Experienced Mint Lumens,a completed different way of watching movie, breaks convention of watching traditional cinemas

For years I only saw these vintage Astro Boy figures and Felix the Cat dolls online, so to finally have the chance to see them in person was really special. The collection was well presented and had a great variety of toys. If you love all things vintage, you owe it to yourself to come here!

It's very pretty, but it was too small for me and comparing the price it's not worth it.

While not a very big museum, it houses many unique toys that will remind one of childhood and the simpler days.Worth a visit for the nostalgia for locals, and a nice little look at toys of the past in Singapore.Head down for chicken rice balls along the same stretch before or afterwards.

This was a fascinating collection of toys from across the world ! From obscure wooden models to dolls of every ilk and local examples like five stones and capteh, you will discover something you never knew existed. Worth a visit, and the rooftop area has a nice view of the skyline and Raffles Hotel ☺️

It is very meaningful experience to my child here.

Very fun, friendly staff, love this place so much

wonderful experience and good memories!

Had an AR guided story-telling tour and workshop for the kids. It will engage the younger kids with the toys exhibit and simple fun when the kids can colour and get their works scanned into the app and move it around in different views.5 levels of toys exhibit to view, it will surely bring back fond memories for the adults. If you are here in the evening, there is a roof top bar too! Nicely renovated space! Love it!

Perfect little museum sprinkled with enough interactive activities to keep everyone happy. The collection is well presented and you get a sense of how toys changed in time. We recognised enough familiar ones and discovered some we never knew existed. Look out for the Hitler Pin Cushion mocked Hitler and raised morale amongst Americans which made everyone laugh.

Fascinating history of toys on display as well as story walls!Small place, but multiple floors. Good for half hour with kids.

Brings back nostalgic memories of my old toys.Came here and had a blast of a time looking at all the toys which brought back so many memories of my old toys which unfortunately did not stand the test of time unlike the toys in this very fine museum.I especially love the displays of the Mickey Mouse, Felix the Cat, Barbie and Mask toys. I am especially impressed with the Transformer toy which transforms into a cassette player. The most precious toy displayed would probably be the auction House certified Alice from Alice in Wonderland.I can’t wait to revisit this museum again to see the ever evolving collection of toys. Such a delight for adults and children alike. Thank you.
