This is my first time going to Ivan and I was so well taken care of! Ivan is very meticulous and he took his time to educate me on how to care for my scalp and hair so that my hair will be healthier and the new colour I did will last longer. He also understood my concerns and explained to me patiently what kind of colour will suit my skin tone. He gave me a really good haircut that helps to frame my face and taught me how to tie my hair in a low ponytail so that the haircut will flatter my face shape.

He was involved in every step of doing my hair, from colouring, treatment, hair cut and styling. This is unlike many other hair salons that I've been to! Most of the directors at other salons will just have their assistant doing your hair colour and treatment and they will just be around for a haircut.

Also, I like that the salon is not overcrowded with too many chairs and there is a good amount of space between chairs. Most of the other branded salons feel very cramped and do not give a sense of privacy. Thank you Ivan and your team for such a wonderful experience. Ivan also has a great personality and builds a good rapport with his clients.

I also got compliments about my hair colour and hair cut and I will definitely be back!
