What is the minimum duration for me to rent or lease a car?
Rental: The minimum duration of rental will be 1 day and the maximum duration will be up to 45 days in 1 booking.
Lease: Any rentals 12 months and above is considered long term lease. For inquiries about car leasing, please contact us at [email protected].
Can I drive out to Malaysia?
Yes, you may drive to Malaysia. You will need to inform us prior to entering Malaysia to ensure that the insurance coverage is extended for your trip in Malaysia. There will be a Cross Border Surcharge for this. Refer to “Payment/Cost” for more information.
What insurance coverage do I have when I rent a vehicle?
All our vehicles will come with comprehensive insurance coverage limited to the vehicle’s corresponding damage excess. This amount will be stated on the website when you select the vehicle.
