I had been looking for an agent/services provider to help me with getting my company papers in order and also apply for my DP LOC. Spoke to 2 agencies and got forms etc from them but seemed too complicated, response time was slow and lack of clarity on end to end process. But to my pleasant surprise, Mr. Kumar took a total of 10 min to fully explain the process, the papers needed, even the probability of getting the LOC- and more. Clear, transparent and exceptionally efficient. By 7:30pm we had it all sorted, I sent him the documents needed, he applied for me- all done- headache free. I kept receiving the status updates from him every 4 days. This morning 27th April- he sent me the Approval letter from MOM and the printed DP LOC.. and I'm good to go!
