The Insurance sector has been our specialty from the outset and our clients included Yasuda Fire & Marine Insurance Company of America and TDC RE. We have used our software expertise to also provide custom solutions to enterprises in various industries including the Los Angeles Public Library, Marubeni America, Hitachi Transport USA, Singapore Airlines USA and NEC Solutions USA

AeGIS™ continues to evolve and remains the first choice of various major General Insurance players in Indonesia. We have since augmented AeGIS™ through our suite of products like InstaClaims™, CUBUS™ and Terrafix™ which have been successfully deployed to various partners in Indonesia.

Since then, we have expanded in the General Insurance space with our core Insurance platform, AeGIS™. Both platforms have continued to grow and evolve to meet the complex business and regulatory needs of the region.

Today, we ably support the rapidly growing operations of our multiple clients in Thailand and continue to work with both Insurers and Brokers to evolve our products to meet the changing needs of the Thai market.

The core focus of the Manila office was the implementation of our core insurance platform, AeGIS™ which has scaled smoothly to keep in touch with the exponential growth in the Philippines and continues to support the needs of our clients till date.

China was also our initial foray into implementing our Insurance Intelligence solution CUBUS™. Its early success in China was integral to the growth of CUBUS™ which has since been implemented and used at various clients across multiple continents

The success of AeGIS™ for our clients in London was followed by the successful implementation of our Insurance Intelligence solution CUBUS™ which was instrumental in helping our customers gain valuable insights into their business.

Blue Bird Taxi Mobile Reservation System

Blue Bird Taxi had more than 300 telephone lines to handle taxi orders in Jakarta.During rush hour, Blue Bird Taxi’s telephone lines were frequently jammed, resulting in lost businesses and customer complaints.In 2011,seatechmobile proposed to Blue Bird taxi to launch a mobile app to alleviate this problem.


Orders through mobile app are fed directly to Blue Bird Taxi’s servers, bypassing Blue Bird Taxi’s telephone switchboard. A customer who orders a taxi through the mobile app can also track the movement of the taxi assigned to him using Google map. In traffic jam prevalent Jakarta, this feature is handy; it reassures the customer that a taxi is on its way. As the customer waits, he can monitor the taxi heading to his location. The taxi driver can also call the customer’s mobile phone if he can’t find the address and vice-versa if the customer needs to contact the driver for additional direction. Blue Bird Taxi mobile app is now available on iOS, Android and Blackberry and cover major cities in Indonesia.


With over 750,000 downloads, the apps have become indispensable to many residents and expats in Indonesia.

In an effort to increase sales, SOHO decided to expand communication with doctors. SOHO hopes to convince doctors to recommend their products if they are aware of the benefits and effects of the medication products.


Sales Force Enhancement System (SFE) is an integrated mobile application system developed by SOHO in cooperation with SeatechMObile, built on the iOS platform, and delivered through the iPad. The system is stand-alone; the application is synchronized with the SFE core, containing functions such as log, scheduler, presentation tools, as well as doctor profiles.

Intelligent Insurance Risk Control

Asuransi Raksa Pratikara is a large scale insurance company in Indonesia. PT Raksa faces huge risks as a result of geographical, weather and/or environmental factors. A location near a port is higher in risk compared to an industrial complex, while a location near an oil refinery faces an increased risk of fire. To manage these risks, PT Raksa would raise the premium or find a way to manage risk. PT Raksa approached SeatechMobile for help. The solution is Intelligent Insurance Risk control (IIRC).


The application works by mapping the insured on a geographical map of risk. The result is the management can make informed decisions.

Tugboat Monitoring System

PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITM) is a well-known Indonesian coal supplier. ITM operates a large number of vessels, which presents a logistic problem to the headquarters. To solve this problem, ITM sought seatechmobile’s help. The result is Tugboat Monitoring System.


With this application, ITM is able to monitor, via GPs, the locations of each coal carrying vessel. Furthermore, ITM is able to schedule routes, simplifying and assuring punctuality of distribution.
