The design continues the Serangoon Kampong
concept, creating a Kampong in the garden,
fostering social interaction (the Kampong
spirit identity) in a relaxed and casual environment.
The existing site consists of 2 different precincts, Zone E and Zone F, from Block 308 to 317 and Block 321 to 329 respectively totaling 19 blocks with 1424 number of dwelling units.
