All the staff were fabulous, reception and cleaning - all extremely friendly and helpful and while efficient doing their work were great fun. They made our short holiday to Singapore a real joy. Location is fantastic About 30 minutes to further flung places like the zoo, Sentosa island and airport. Short walk to restaurants and bars and many wonderful hawkers food centres.
The location is perfect, everything is close to the hotel, perfect combination with bus and trains. The reception staff was 5 stars, really helpful, kind and friendly. We had a misunderstanding with our room and the solved fast. So thankful for that! The chambermaid is a very hardworker, everyday the room was perfect! The air conditioning saved us during the nigth. The weather in Singapore was too hot.
The receptionist was very friendly, the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. We had a room facing the main road so it was nice. Location is the best side of this hotel, also nice staff. This Hotel accessible, bus stop around the corner, 8-10 min walk to nearest MRT stations, lots of food choices around, near haji lane, near other tourist spots, good restaurants are around there.
