We have monthly, quarterly and yearly packages. Charges are based on the number of transactions the company has. Transactions are calculated based on the aggregate debit and credit entries on the bank statement. Bank charges and fees are excluded.
Financial statements
Directors are responsible to present financial statements of the company at its annual general meeting. If your company have an in-house accountant, we can prepare the financial statements at affordable rates.
Company secretary
We can assist you in maintaining the registers and preparing the resolutions. Our packages allow you to choose between an unlimited annual service or on a when required basis.
