Who We Are

Diamond Glass Enterprise Pte Ltd (DGE) is a leader in the design manufacture, supply, installation, and maintenance of Architectural facade projects in the construction, and facade maintenance industry.

We also are proud owners of our very own facade manufacturing facility in Singapore. Where we provide our clients with a wide range of glass products, service, and solutions.

Beginning as an installation contractor for glazing and rope access works since 2006, and now with its design, manufacturing and supply division, Diamond Glass Enterprise continues to be a strong and dependable turnkey partner highly responsive to customer requirements. Our versatility make us your one-stop solution for all your construction, facade maintaenance and industrial glass needs.

Chairman of the Board

MR. ANDREW CHUA THIAM

Managing Director of SME Care Pte Ltd. Served as Managing Director of Enterprise Banking, DBS Bank Ltd from Aug 1987-Nov 2008.

Has been an Independent Director of Lum Chang Holdings since Dec 2015, and GKE Corp since Sept 2015. He also served as a Director at DBS Finance Ltd and Orix Leasing Singapore Ltd.

Mr. Chua is in active community service, sitting as a member of various community-based committees and chairing several such committees.

He is instrumental in helping Dr. Kesavan in building Diamond Glass to the next level of growth and success.

MR. RAYMOND CHIAM

Mr Raymond Chiam started his career with the international banks and in 2014 he has been appointed as a mangaing director of Temasek International- a sister company of Temasek Holding Pte Ltd.

He helmed as Temasek International Managing Director from 2004 to 2020.

After he retired as the Managing Director of Temasek International, he currently sits in various boards as advisor and in 2021, he joined Diamond Glass as Deputy Chairman to support on the agressive expansion and growth of Diamond Glass Pte Ltd.

DR. KESAVAN S/O SATHYMOORTHY

He is the Founder/Group CEO, Diamond Glass Enterprise Pte. Ltd and various other companies in Singapore.

He founded Diamond Glass in 2006 and has grown from a two-man company to a leading facade company in Singapore.

Former Board Director for Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI).

Chairman of SICCI Young Entrepreneurs Network, Committee Member-Singapore Business Federation.

In 2017/2018 Dr Kesavan was appointed by Singapore Business Federation to head the ASEAN Young Entrepreneur Council as Chairman,

and also in 2017/2018 to head the ASEAN Young Entrepreneur Council and ASEAN Young Entrepreneur Association as President, representing Singapore and all the ASEAN nations.

In 2021, India honoured Dr Kesavan as one of the top 50 NRI Indian achiever.

MR. GEOFF BOYD

In the inaugural Thomson-Extel survey of fund managers in 2006, Mr Geoff Boyd was ranked the #1 analyst across all sectors in Asia and earned other awards in the following decade. He is an award winning senior analyst with 21 years of experiences in Capital Emerging Market. In 2019, he came on board the Diamond Group of Companies as a strategic investor and with him on board, the company is now moving towards being listed in the next few years.

MR. RASANATHAN S/O SOTHYNATHAN

Mr. Rasan started his career as a practicing lawyer in April 1986 was in practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore until August/September 2016.

Subsequently he joined Diamond Glass in September 2016 as Corporate Legal Counsel and Company Secretary.

He handles Corporate Governance ,Human Resources and General Administration when called upon to do so.

He also sits on the Company’s Board of Advisors and is an extremely valuable member of the Diamond Glass Board.
