Frequently Asked Questions

Is VroomTown™ an indoor go-kart facility?

Absolutely not! VroomTown™ is a safe place for kids and parents to learn and enjoy play-driving in a simulated driving city. Racing is not the name of the game here!

What does the basic driving & road safety lesson include?

Kids will learn how to operate their vehicles (accelerate/brake/reverse/signal) and how to observe the road safety rules in VroomTown™!

They’ll also earn their very own VroomTown™ official photo license that allows them to drive here!

What is the suitable age group for kids to enjoy VroomTown?

Students 5 and up will be allowed to drive independently.

Junior students below 5 will require parent supervision (in the same car).

Kids of age 9 and below will require 1:1 accompanying adult for safety purposes.

Do parents need to purchase passes?

Every child entry comes with 1 free adult guardian entry! For additional adult entry, you can purchase an accompany entry pass at $15 over our counters

If I purchase the learner/driver pass for my child can I (parent) drive on my own?

Adults that would like to drive the kart on their own will need to purchase the learner/pass separately. Driver pass holders will require to flash their VroomTown license to be applicable for the driver pass rates

Are infants/toddlers/pregnant women/elderly chargeable?

Free entry will be given to children 12 months and below, pregnant women and elderlies 65 years old and above. This will subject to verification over the counter

Can I purchase passes on site?

Yes you can please note that we have fixed hourly slots! You are advise to arrive early for registration! We also encourage pre-booking through our website to avoid disappointment as we have limited capacity.

What kind of attire is required?

Covered shoes will be required during driving and non-slipped socks at the indoor soft play playground!

Do you serve food at VroomTown?

Yes we have a VroomCafe and Drive-Through!

Do note we currently only serve canned/bottled drinks at VroomCafe

What are your operating hours?

Monday-Thursday & Sunday: 10am – 8pm

Friday & Saturday: 10am-9pm

How can I retrieve booked passes?

Collect your entry passes over our counters with your mobile number used for booking or your booking reference ID.

Are you running on sessions?

We are running on fixed hourly timeslots, do check our booking section for availability if you are intending to walk in

How long is each session?

Each drive session is 1 hour. Do note that kids will have to undergo a 10 minute basic driving & road safety lesson on first visit. You can also opt to extend the session further if its available!

Is usage of playground included in the session? Any extra charges?

Yes you are free to enjoy the playground at no additional cost during your session 🙂

Can anyone drive VroomTown? Are there any requirements?

All first-time drivers should book our ‘Learner Pass’ below and undergo our ‘Basic Driving & Road Safety Lesson’.Thereafter, you can have fun driving freely in VroomTown™!
