Training Duration
In-studio
The Master Trainer will review the physical materials, providing deeper discussions regarding exercise application. Participants are required to attend all in-studio days to complete the program.
Observation
Participants may begin logging observation hours the same day as enrolment. These hours can be completed by watching classes inside the studio or by watching Pilates classes online.
Self-Practice
Students may begin observation hours up to two months before the first in-studio session. Early registrants may start self-practice earlier, but only hours logged within this timeframe will be recorded. Self-practice hours, which include physically practicing the Pilates Method, can be completed at home, in studio classes, or private sessions. Fees for classes and private sessions are not included in the Teacher Training tuition.
Practice Teaching
Practice teaching hours will begin after the Reformer module concludes for the Comprehensive course and after all in-studio sessions are completed for single modules. Students may apply for an Apprentice Instructor position at Club Pilates upon successfully completing and passing the Bridging workshop and exams.
Assistant Teaching
Assistant teaching hours will commence after the Reformer module ends for Comprehensive, and after all in-studio session ends for single modules. A 15-minute increment of class is taught by the student. During the remaining parts of the class, the student will help adjust equipment, demonstrate proper form, and much more! This is a great time to pick up new teaching techniques, learn new cues, and shadow an experienced instructor.

What is included in the comprehensive program?
The Club Pilates Teacher Training Program is a 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Education Program that includes training in all Comprehensive apparatus: Mat, Pilates Reformer, Jumpboard, Springboard, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Magic Circle, TRX and Self-myofascial Release (SMR). In addition, our program includes training in Anatomy and Special Populations. There will be knowledge review quizzes provided for each module to help with self-revision and final examination preparation. You will be granted access to our Google Drive, where you can watch videos and read materials at your convenience and in a comfortable setting of your choice. It is recommended that you watch and study these course materials while taking notes before attending your first in-studio session.
Once I enroll, what can I expect?
Enrolment will be done through email ([email protected]). Upon payment, students will gain access to online and physical materials. Additionally, students will be added into the WhatsApp batch group chat for communication purposes.Once the in-studio classes begin, there will be knowledge review quizzes after completion of each module and assignments.
What do I need in order to graduate?
To graduate, students enrolled in the Comprehensive program must complete all 500 hours, while those taking Singular modules are required to finish the specified individual hours. Additionally, all students must submit the exercises assigned and utilize the class library resources provided during the in-studio sessions. Passing the final examinations is also a prerequisite for graduation. However, you will be provided guidance on how to stay on track every step of the way, so you graduate by your goal date.Please be aware that attendance is compulsory. For missed classes, students have their own responsibility to book for a Refresher Class or Mentorship.
Are there any financing options?
We are partnered with Atome and you can choose to break your payments into 3 or 6 months instalments.
Where can I use my certification? Is it recognized internationally?
Yes, your certification is globally recognized, allowing you to work in studios worldwide.
What are the options to teach at Club Pilates?
We offer full time instructor role and part-time based on your availabilities.
What are the options for students who missed classes?
1. There is a Refresher Class option—choose any ongoing class to join for revision. There are limited slots available. Please refer to the above rates table for more information.
2. You can book additional mentorship, which can be shared among your group of 5 classmates. Please refer to the above rates table for more information.
3. Self-revision with classmates
What is the eligibility for course sponsorship?
Eligible students will be entitled to 50% discount of the comprehensive course fee.Eligibility requirements:
- • Required to have a teaching background (in fitness industry, private workshops, government affiliated curriculums).
- • Must be able to attend ALL in-studio sessions.
- • Must attend the Bridging Workshop conducted after in-studio Reformer session.
- • Must commit to teach as Apprentice Instructor (This will be after the completion of Mat and Reformer in-studio sessions)
- • Normal basic instructor pay grade will commence upon full completion of course/fully certified (completion of all 500 hours and passing of examination)
- • Post graduate commitment: 1 year teaching contract with minimum 80 group classes per month.
The learning journey for sponsored students will be more intensive than the normal students, to ensure Club Pilates Instructor’s standard and quality is upheld.
