This is a space that can do many things. I hosted an appreciation dinner for my organisation's stakeholders here at Chavents that had an ambitious plan. Wouldn't have been able to pull something of that scale off without Chavents & Gina (the host)!

The Space

From erecting craft stations, buffet lines and hosting an elaborate stage program, the straightforward square shaped room allowed for easy planning and arrangement.

The privacy of the space (you get the whole floor to yourself, inclusive of toilets) helps the event feel more exclusive and special

The hidden room next to the stage was good for backstage preparations

The space, tables and chairs provided is clean and modern-looking that creates a cozy and comfortable environment.

The Equipment

Many lighting configurations to suit your needs

Straightforward & easy to use AV system and many screens available

The only downside is that the acoustics of the room isn't the best, it was either soft & muffled or a little too loud on the ears.

We loved the karaoke, table games, and standing tables! Very useful and appeals to people of all ages.

The Host

A good and accomodating host makes all the difference. Gina was always quick to reply and answer all our questions. She would make adjustments to help realize our event's programmes.

I appreciated her promptness and friendliness, it really gave me a peace of mind to focus on other parts of my event.

Gina is super nice! Replies are prompt and she is l super accommodating. She helped us arrange our food catering and bouncy castle without any hassle and made sure everything is running good before she leaves. Chavents is a good place for event if you have a large group of people. Parking is easy. Highly recommend to book them!

Booked Chavents for my girl's 4th birthday celebration and it was a blast for our small family celebration of 40 pax. The venue was very accessible with a public carpark right behind the building with ample parking lots and direct lift access to the 4th level. Given the spacious venue, we also rented zoomov which was a blast for both the old and young. Apart from the kids corner, there were also other activities to occupy the adults - air hockey, foosball, pool table, mahjong, dart board and karaoke! Toilet was clean and conveniently located outside the venue hall which is private for guests given the venue encompasses the entire 4th floor of the building. Gina was always responsive in answering my numerous questions and also super helpful in planning my layout for me. She even helped to liaised with my vendors and came earlier to help with the set up so that I could come closer to the party timing. I am very grateful to Gina for all her help and coordination, My guests (both old and young) enjoyed themselves so much that they are asking to come back to the same venue for our next party! Thanks Gina!

Clean, nice and spacious. Owner also took the initiative to plan and coordinate with other suppliers, which helped in overall conduct of event. Kids love their kids corner which gave parents a peace of mind to ensure themselves.

I made the right and best decision chosing Chavents for my daughter's first birthday. The venue was a hit among all my guest too. Venue is catered for both kids and adults section. Decor easily popped with the colour scheme of the walls and curtain colour choice. Space wise I could easily arrange the bouncy castle and caterers ! Definitely my go to place for future events !

This place deserves more than 5 stars. My sister and I were looking high and low for a function room space to accommodate our Dad's 60th surprise party. Places were either already booked, too expensive or didn't allow alcohol to be served.

By luck, Chavents ad pop up on my Instagram. And I decided to contact them to enquire. The thing that captured me immediately was the fact that they replied almost immediately every single time. Very very prompt! I remember liking what I saw (information of the place) and I booked the place almost immediately.

Moving forward, I had many questions for Miss Gina from time to time as we haven't had a site visit. So I needed more information so that I could plan things accordingly. Miss Gina answered my queries very patiently and in detail. Closer to the date of the birthday party, I requested for a site visit so that my deco team, DJ, my husband and sister could go down to visualise where/how things would be placed. Miss Gina, having a family of her own, that too on a Sunday.....took the effort to come down to open up the doors for us.

On the actual day of the party, Miss Gina was there with my deco team to assist. She was very accommodating to certain request which we had. For example, we requested for white table cloths on the tables as that would suit our theme (as compared to the pink table cloth that we saw initially).

As much as the space had such a WOW factor, it was how they handled their clients that got us to "work" with them.

Definitely a place to book for your intimate events. The function room is spacious. The tables had a good space gap in-between. Very nicely done up.

Dear Gina, thank you for lending us your space and accommodating to our 58964268 requests . Be rest assured that we would want to work with you again for our future events.

Booked Chavents for a 1st birthday party. The venue was very spacious and private since it’s the only unit on the level. The space was big enough to allow all my guests to be seated comfortably. Even with the entire buffet set up and a bouncy castle, there was still ample walking room. The amenities and game stations provided helped entertain the adults and kids. The Chavents team was very helpful throughout the entire event planning, providing suggestions on layout etc. It’s a perfect venue for events. Highly recommended!!

Great event space, spacious, clean washrooms, accessible through the lifts straight to the hall, big open space carpark beside the building. Gina was mind and always so helpful with our inquiries. We had a great time doing our event at Chavents. Till next time!

Newly renovated, highly affordable, Very flexible owner, big space, and quite squarish, super flexible to decorate, aircon with PA system, direct lift, private toilet with many cubicles, even handicap one, private floor no neighbours, many carpark spaces nearby, walking distance to paya lebar train station (partial shelter). A good place for organising events.
