From participating in SASMO 7 years ago in Cambodia to becoming an Honorary Life Member of IJHS, my journey with SIMCC has been incredible. Through IJHS, I had the privilege to join the Young Achievers Leadership Academy (YALA) Camp, where I grew as a leader and connected with brilliant students worldwide. YALA enriched my teamwork and communication skills and taught me how to stand out with a standout portfolio.
IJHS and SIMCC competitions like SASMO, SIMOC, and AMO were instrumental in earning me the Singapore MOE scholarship for high school and winning the ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship for my Bachelor's at NUS SoC. I'm grateful to Mr. Henry Ong and SIMCC for empowering students like me globally.
Sovath
Since I became an MOE scholar in Singapore, I gained great interest in maths and was eager to join math competitions to improve and challenge myself. However, I was lost and did not know where to start. I was very fortunate to learn about SIMCC then, which supported and - guided me throughout my maths journey in unleashing my full potential by providing me free local contests which I was extremely grateful for.
