Went to Better Vision @ Northpoint City seeking to purchase suitable pair of contact lenses for work purposes. Didn't... have much expectations as previous visits to other brands didn't work out well due to issues with relatively high degree of astigmatism and smaller eye diameter. However, the staff - Ting Ting & Jie Qi (shout-out to them both awesome people!!!) were very friendly, sincere and genuine in getting to know my past experiences with contact lenses, unsuitability, discomfort and concerns. I was offered a complimentary eye checkup, eye diameter reading and was given recommendations of brands based on the staff's vast experiences. Extremely grateful. Was initially apprehensive before attending the optometrist session for contact lens fitting. But the staff were so reassuring and patient in explaining the "Do's and Dont's" of being a contact lens wearer, how the contact lens works and the techniques in wearing contact lenses. They also constantly asked me about my comfort level as well as sight clarity, before giving me a post-contact lens application eye fitting examination. Their conscientiousness and dedication to their profession really touched me and I left with a comfortable fit of 2-months worth contact lens!!!Thank you team BV Northpoint City once again!!!🥰read more

Accompanied my father to make his new spectacles at the outlet in Tampines Mall, was assisted by Zenda.Zenda was very... helpful and not overly pushy; she had good product knowledge and was able to advise on the different considerations. One of our old spectacles also had a broken nose bridge pad, which Zenda was able to help replace as well.After picking up the glasses, she had also followed up with both of us and to check if we were adapting well to the glasses.
