Dr Nam and his team were great. Came here multiple times for both myself and my wife. Did my annual health screening as well. Administratively, everything was seamless and convenient. Dr Nam also take the time and effort to explain the ailment and what your options are. Would come back again for sure!

My family and I have been visiting Ashford Medical Centre in Serangoon Gardens ever since we moved into the neighbourhood two years ago, and the experience has consistently been excellent. 😊Dr. Nam is a truly caring and attentive doctor who takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which gives us great confidence in his care. The nurses we’ve met have also been wonderful — Wana (who has since left) was always kind and professional, and her replacement Adia is equally helpful, efficient, and welcoming. ❤️We’ve also consulted their physiotherapist, Valerie, who is very thorough and detailed in her approach. She makes sure we fully understand the exercises and treatment plan, which has made a big difference in recovery. 🙏🏻Their after-care is excellent as well, and their WhatsApp correspondence is always very prompt, which makes communication smooth and reassuring. 🫶🏻The whole team here creates a friendly, professional, and supportive environment. Dr. Nam has been my trusted GP for the past two years and I have never had someone who truly cares for my well-being. I have had allergies on some food and instead of giving me the usual histamines, he tried to offer the unconventional route which is to give me some probiotics to treat my allergies. At first, i was quite hesitant especially that it is not covered by my insurance but I went ahead with it for the sake of trying. Now, i can freely it whatever I want without worrying.Not to mention i also had rhinitis every morning which he also helped me with and a lot of my health issues before. All the staff has also been friendly and I never had to wait long for my turn and can always walk-in 🙂

My mother booked a 10:30am appointment with Ashford. I was unwell with three episodes of vomitting, multiple episodes of diarrhoea and prolonged phlegm.Upon arriving, I checked in with the lovely receptionist and within 10 minutes, I was able to speak with Doctor Nam. I told him about my condition and my Urea-Breath Test I have on the 14th of May 2025 for my underlying gastric issues. He explained thoroughly of what the cause(s) may be. Afterwards, he prescribed medication and assured me that it will not affect the UBT.After the appointment, I collected my medication and requested the receptionist for a hardcopy medical certificate as my school requires it. The receptionist also answered my questions about which medication I should take when I get home, putting a star next to the one for my diarrhoea. Within an hour, I was able to go to the clinic from my house and back.I would like to thank Doctor Nam and his team for getting me back on my feet by that same Friday. I am very grateful for the excellent service and effective medication given to me. In the future, I hope to go to Ashford again when I fall ill.
