An extension of the diverse neighbourhood, the restaurant’s menu adds flair to the Chinatown fare, drawing inspiration from Asian and Latin flavours to reveal layers of tantalising simplicity and bold tastes. For tippling, our selection of modern-classic cocktails and a curated range of natural wines are the perfect accompaniment for conversations that extend late into the night.

In the hands of Javier and his crew, the kitchen delivers comfort food that is refined and innovative. Out front, Director of Food and Beverage Marc Nagel leads a team that promises guests unforgettable experiences. Music sets the mood, good time is always on the menu—Raw is where people come together to connect and create moments that are etched in memory. Raw is open daily at the following hours:

Breakfast

– 6:30am to 10:30am

Brunch

– 11:30am to 2:30pm (last call for food at 1:30pm) – Sundays only

Lunch

– 12:00pm to 3:00pm (last call for food at 2:30pm)

Dinner

– 5:30pm to 10:00pm (last call for food at 9:30pm)
